Nice room. Lobby is nice and spacious. Business center is two small rooms with no room for a laptop.

Beautiful, clean, very upscale. Quite expensive and sadly they still charge you extra for the pool and gym, but overall a decent location and the bathtub and shower is excellent. Room overall is great quality.

Went there for my daughter's birthday celebration Staff were very friendly and helped us immensely with baby cars, translating the menu into English, and generally helping us out. The food was also excellent It was very traditional Japanese - the hotel is easy to get to and is very modern as expected

Excellent location and a spacious room for two. Slightly dated fixtures, particularly the sparse outlets with no way to charge devices near the bed. Very nice bathroom and a stunning view of the Umeda Sky Building. Lovely garden and water features right in the back yard. A quick jaunt to Osaka station.
