Conveniently close to subway line, friendly staff that speak enough English to converse with. Bedroom is really clean and Unizo provide free mineral water. Bathroom has a bit of mould in the upper corners. Biggest gripe is One washing machine in the building that takes 2.5 hours always seems to be in use.

staff is very friendly. but room is a bit noisy from next room. I waked up several time in the midnight.

Nice place on budget - location is perfect , single room is small but dissent size (usually in Tokyo same size room can be double ) . Good surprise was to discover nice little oncen (Japanese traditional hot spring public bath ) where they don't make a fuss about tattoo (ask staff how to find it , as its hidden well in small streets behind hotel)

Couldn't ask for better location, it's really good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
