Good location but pricey for the room size. Shower ceilings are pretty low as well. The standard room wasn't worth the price, but the location offset that I suppose.

This hotel has very good staff and are quite helpful. The rooms are Holiday Inn Express standard for a North American but not as big. Good location to take the Monorail to Haneda Airport. Rooms are clean. There will be construction across the road for a new condo that ends October 2018 and a Fire Station adjacent. Can be a bit disruptive at night with fire alarms.

Friendly, clean, good value etc but beware, the air conditioning is centrally controlled, one setting for the whole hotel which is hot and stuffy. All you can do is turn it off and they'll bring you a big noisy fan.

They turn ac and heat whenever they feel like. Traveling all over the world and never seen this system. Worst hotel system ever.

Wife got allergies from something when she woke up first night. Not sure if the room was even clean.

One of the oldest hotel with most expensive rates. I will not go to this hotel and save your money. Don't go my picture. It's old hotel.

Getting out of the train station made it difficult to find, but once you find your way it's easy to get to. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is nice and clean. Lots of little places to eat nearby and close to a main road with 7/11 and pharmacy.

Excellent value and service! Clean and modern hotel that caters very well to international travelers. Rooms are also larger than your average Japanese hotel (party of 3 stayed here with space to spare). Small Japanese-style public bath ("sento") is available on the top floor. Breakfast buffet is worth the 1600 yen per person (reservations not required). Convenience store located just downstairs, too.

The only issue I have is that there is not much nearby due to it being located in a office/financial district and it's a bit of a walk if you're carrying full-sized luggage from the nearest station(s).

Location is not the most convenient but when I booked the reservation, the price was fairly good. With that being said it's only about a 5 minute walk to the closest subway station and the JR station is only a couple minutes extra. There isn't a whole heck of a lot to do in the area but you can always jump on a subway train and get to other parts of Tokyo within a few minutes. The room is quite nice. My booking was for two guests and one bed. Unfortunately the bed is a bit small for two people (140cm wide) but we knew this going in. Other than that, the bathroom is pretty standard for a Japanese hotel and the room itself is spacious enough with an office desk and chair available if you want to get some work down or just play on your laptop. The view wasn't exactly great with the window just facing the JR train tracks but that's not a huge deal for me. The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English. Didn't have any problems there. One issue I found is that the lobby is relatively small and can get quite packed during check in time or during some meals since the restaurant/dining area is right across from the front desk. Other than that the experience has been quite good.

Nice comfy hotel with affordable restaurant. Complementary water bottles and tea/coffee. The fridge in the room is big enough to fit additional drinks and snacks. Close proximity to train and subway. All around located in a nice area. Service seems to be on par with the pricing.

Close to Tokyo tower. Breakfast available at Italian buffet for ¥1600. Front desk staff soeak English. 1 TV channel (CNN) available in English. but only Japanese newspapers. Non Japanese guests must pay in advance for cost of whole stay. No taxi rank nearby, hotel charges ¥410 to call a taxi. The Mitsui Garden in Ginza is more expensive but better rooms and bar.

The hotel is situated in a less touristy part of the city in what seems to be a predominately business district. The staff is friendly and can communicate in English (the front desk anyway). There's also a yen exchange machine for convenience though it doesn't offer the best rates. We liked exploring the the immediate surroundings with lots of bars and restaurants catering to locals (no English in those places). It's also relatively close to several subway lines so it's easy for us to access other parts of Tokyo. As for the room itself, it's a bit on the small side but pretty normal for Japan. It's otherwise clean and comfortable. The main complaints are the toilet paper and tissues being extremely thin and the AC/heating system being a bit wonky (the instructions recommend turning it off completely until it's the temperature you want).

The service is great. Most of the staff speak English. The location is great, is not in the busiest part of Tokyo but you can walk to the Tokyo tower. The monoriel take you directly from Haneda airport to the hotel. I give 3 instead of 4 because there is a noise construction right beside the hotel, hotel did not warn us about it. But overall is a good place to stay, but if you want to stay here call and ask about any construction.
