Stayed here twice, once in June and once in December. Both times the services provided were superb. Great spread for breakfast and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The amenities are great, rooms and toilets are clean, basic necessities are met. Tokyo skytree is 30 minutes walking distance and it's recommended to walk during winter to experience Asakusa. A hypermart (Life) is just on the left, and within walking distance there are shopping malls and stores that operate both in the morning and at night. It's never too quiet. Would stay in this hotel again and it's recommended.
Within walking distance to senso-ji. 100m from Subway (not JR line). Plenty of great food around. There is a supermarket just to the left.
This hotel is excellent for those who prefer calm and businesslike environment. It is also convenient to travel by train to and from other areas. The shopping places are just across the street. View from the room is awesome. Service here is perfect.
Service was great. The dining style was definitely a unique experience. Personally not a big fan of just mattresses on the floor but that's about it.
Really good service and helpful personal at the hotel, rooms are OK. Rooms have really nice views over Tokyo
The buffet is very varied you can get a lot a different food. The quality is good
The hotel is comfortable and rooms are spacious for the Tokyo standard. They deco is a bit old fashioned but this is common in Japan. Rooms have a great view to Senso ji temple, Tokyo Skytree and other landmarks. I am not a big fan of the buffet breakfast although it has a great variety, it does not have many Western choices. Service is good overall and WiFi works fine.
The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, in my 60 years. Hard as a rock! Although the room is spacious and the view is great, if you cannot sleep what good is it? The bathroom is tiny with no counters and no storage space at all. The lobby is under construction and is chaotic. I would not return.
Breakfast buffet was very good. Room cleanliness was okay. Could tell carpets weren't fully vacuumed though, also cabinet door to refrigerator was broken. Nice view of Tokyo Skytree from our room. Three of us stayed in triple occupancy, so why only 2 magnetic room keys? (Doesn't make sense). Also room keys have room number on them and key not required to ride elevator to guest rooms. So if you lose your key someone who finds it can go straight to your room. Not safe.
Great views and really good food for breakfast. Good central area, very close to sensouji temple. Check in took too long especially after 12 hours of flying and riding in trains.
Nice spacious rooms. Great service. They set up four beds for us. Room faces East with fantastic view of Sky Tree Tower. The breakfast buffet is most well-stocked with a variety of Japanese dishes as well as traditional Western ones.
Outstanding hotel with magnificent views. Was here only for one night, but it was a great night. Try the bar at the top of the tower. Just like the 'Lost in Translation' bar, but way cheaper (free if you're staying in the hotel) and a lot less crowded. Personnel is lovely Japanese.
I went to the hotel for a family event lunch. The menu was Japanese style. The food and service was excellent.
