Boa localização, quarto pequeno porém atende muito bem as necessidades de quem vai apenas dormir e passar o dia na rua

Reasonable hotel with good facilities. Quite close to the station. It's a little outside from the city centre but you have regular trains.

The Staffs was so kind, especially the receptionist. we booked small double bedroom, but they change the bed into twin to make more room for us and our baby. they also give us early check in eventhough it was clearly stated that check in start from 3 pm. the room was not big, but it was so nice and homey for us. the hotel location was so great, near to train station, food and convenient store (local & 7/11). the local ambience was so strong, even some oba-san we met on the street was really friendly (honestly we don't understand what she said, but we do know what she want to tell us)

honestly my dudes this is the cheap place you want to stay in tokyo if youre there for the adventure. its lit a minute walk away from the keisei koiwa train station (MAKES TRAVELLING SO EASY YALL) and the staff are really friendly and all just try their best when they speak english to ur dumb white face (even tho i went to school in nagoya ayy) im serious stay here everything is always cleaned at like 11am, air conditioning and theres free wifi if you pick up the password at the front desk when you check in 👌👌👌👍👍💖💖 the area is also very safe but if you walk far enough down the right roads theres a lot of bars and host clubs lmao the pic is of the night view from my rooms door but my phone doesnt do it justice

Basic business hotel located in a quiet district, rooms were clean, staff were helpful.. Very near to the train station, which was conveient for us. Not too many restaurants around, so it might be a good idea to eat before you return for the evening!

Hotel qui ne paie pas de mine au premier abord, assez excentré, mais au final il s'agit d'un lieu vraiment calme situé à proximité de la station Keisei Koiwa. Beaucoup de commerces (konbini) et petits restaurants dans les parages. Personnel très sympathique, si vous avez un quelconque problème à régler, n'hésitez surtout pas (par exemple, le réceptionniste n'a pas hésité à téléphoner à la compagnie de taxi à cause d'un problème de facturation). Les chambres sont assez basiques mais cela est grandement suffisant pour y séjourner. Check-in/check-out simples et rapides, effectués en quelques secondes. Service de chambre irréprochable. Connexion Internet 20 Mbps+ confortable pour toute activité.
