Service apartment with all kitchen facility and just 5 min drive to city. I recommend this place.

An amazing experience. Would highly recommend booking the "sky deck". With floor to ceiling windows on the 21st floor, you'll never want to leave.

The hotel is great! Good location, good breakfast, really nice rooms. I expected them to be smaller based on warnings I received about Japanese hotel rooms but there's plenty of space!

Rooms are nice, clean, fresh and have a good view over Tokyo. (I saw Tokyo tower and Tokyo skytree from my room)
Though, walls are not thick and you can hear a lot from other rooms and the hallway.
Do NOT eat breakfast here, it's not good. Too expensive and not much to choose from. (especially if you have intolerance/allergies/are vegetarian)response / report this review -

After a terrible experience with airbnb we had to run to this hotel in the pouring winter rain to look for a room. Initially attended to buy a less than friendly lady in a rush to close her shift, first impressions were bad. The manager proceeded to take over and instantly changed our perception, super professional and going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed! Even threw in breakfast!

Rooms are fine, but there is a weird smell in all rooms. And the staff aren't that helpful/respectful.

Big and comfortable room! Really close to the JR line Okubo (2 min walk or 6 depending on the direction you are heading). Breakfast was OK, quite simple. The area in lively and you can find tons of great restaurants. You are 20 min walk away from Shinjuku crazy city lights. (Godzilla road, etc)
