  Good location and staff. Rooms are typical ryokan style and the bath is same. Not sure why they still allow smoking in rooms as it ruins the room for the next guests.

  Great location and delicious breakfast. Room smelled smoky (they didn't have anymore non-smoking rooms), but other than that was a nice stay.

  Great Ryokan with traditional rooms, a nice public bath and super friendly staff. The building and the infrastructure are modern, with decently noise absorbing walls, air conditioning and good showers.
  
  If a public bath is not your thing, try to book one of the rooms with an included shower / tub.
