My stay at Il Grande Umeda was very good, but the staff is what was amazing. It is the amazing staff that I would like to give my 5 stars to. When I left the hotel, I left my engagement ring in the bathroom and realized it while I was at the airport. I contacted the hotel after I left the country and they responded very quickly telling me that they had found my ring and were keeping it at the front desk. The front desk staff, particularly Hwang, communicated very effectively to help me get the ring sent to my home. Through excellent English and very polite helpfulness they were able to help me figure out the cost and best way to send my package. Oh, and the hotel itself is in a good location, and it was comfortable and nice, but I am very grateful to the wonderful front desk staff.
