The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly. I was only hanging out here for a bit with a guest, and didn't stay over, but it was really nice.

The hotel staff is very friendly and forthcoming. The standard is great with all accessories you would expect. The rooms aren't very big, but everything is clean and tidy. Walking distance to Shinjuku (15m) with lot of restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities.

Good hotel with great service. I made an error with my booking and after a few minutes on the phone they had fixed everything up for me. Rooms are a good, but need a bit of a better clean.

Perfectly good hotel. Clean room, well furnished, and a good size bed. Room as a whole was a little small, but in this part of Tokyo that is to be expected. Will situated, very close to the subway, and close to a number of restaurants. Convenience store right next door. Staff were friendly and polite.
