Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Tokyo, amazing staff and safe and is close the subway and convenient store and you don't really have to fear your things being stolen in the room

Nice Hotel. I liked the eco system for changing room staff that they have. Microwave is available in front area for a quick meal. But no trash for pet bottles, or can in the whole place!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Most speak English. All front desk staff speaks English. The breakfast is basic but you will not go hungry. At least it's included. Always has fresh coffee and croissants. The basic room is on the small side by Western standards. The pillows and coverlet are very plush and comfortable. There is a small refrigerator but no microwave. Beer and soft drinks are in vending machines on every floor. No room service and no dresser. So clothes management for a long stay can be an issue.

Nice clean hotel. Good location. But no restaurant is not clever if you check in late and there are no power sockets near the bed
