It's a great hotel for those in transit at Haneda since it's so close to Departures. The rooms are not bad sized for Tokyo and amenities are solid. Can't beat the airport convenience.
Good service. Best location. Polished room.
The service at their restaurant was impeccable and the food was both gourmet and well presented. Pricey but worth every penny.
Room was super nice and comfortable. Everything seemed upgraded and well taken care of as well. Staff was amazing and super nice. Restaurant also had amazing food and drinks
Room was small but very clean. Great water pressure..if that's your thing. Staff were very friendly. We were on the seventh floor and elevator was very near but we never heard any sounds at all. Great mattress and it was fun to try a different kind of pillow which had half of it like a regular pillow and half filled with something like tapioca pearls. The hotel is very convient to get to as it is connected to the airport which is great during bad weather or a late arrival.
Tiny but ultra modern rooms. No views in the room I had. Super convenient location and easy to find. Great service and reception.
We arrived at Hanada airport at around 5pm Saturday night, my whole was exhausted from transpacific flight. We just wanted to get a quick bite and go to sleep. Watch out of arrival which took 10 mins! And 5 mins to Lawson (Japanese 7-11) and picked up hot Japanese food to take back to the hotel. Since our hotel is in the airport, it took us 6 mins to walk to the front desk. The front desk people were curious and quick, we didn't have to line up and the administration stuff took like 3 mins. We got to our room, it's was exactly what we booked for, it's a bit small but it's still bigger than most standard Japanese hotel rooms. 2 adults and kids sleep here, they didn't charge us extra. We ate the takeout in the room, which was so good! Everyone took turns and took a hot steamy bath. We all went to bed by 9am! The rooms are sound prove, so we didn't hear anyone and I am sure no one heard my snoring. We had a restful night and continue on our journey to Fukuoka.
Super convenient if you're flying in or out of Haneda Airport. Room was completely quiet, staff professional and friendly, and the connected terminal outside offers anything you could need that the hotel doesn't offer - without ever stepping foot outside!
Very convenient, it's in the airport on the third floor, tucked away in the corner. The hotel room was a little small, but it was good for late night check in.
Great place to stay if you have a layover before a flight, or a short time in Tokyo, the monorail which is less than a five minute walk away makes it easy to get into town. Large room and great service.
