Very nice. Front desk spoke English. Room didn't get super cold, but that wasnt a deal breaker.

Although the room could be a little small, the space is very well organized and there is nothing missing. The location is perfect, in the middle of a very charming neighborhood, walking distance from the subway. Being close to the river it allowed us to have wonderful sights of the cherry blossoms every single day of our stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is welcoming and polite.

Location is quite good, very close to the station and surrounded by lots of stores and restaurants.

The rooms were tiny and did not have laundry service. At the very least it had a hair dryer and free Wi-Fi. It's good enough to get by, but not luxurious at all.

Very clean, tidy and close to station. I like everything about this hotel, their room, their location and friendly staff. The staff also can speak English very well, in which i found it difficult in Japan. Great experience!

Very clean and wonderful, friendly staff. Convenient location, close enough to walk to the train station even with a 20kg backpack. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Service was good however because we stayed during renovations it is hard to accurately answer overall. A few blocks from the subway station which was pretty good and near convince shops. Decent sized rooms
