Nice Hospitality. Great house keeping. Thick and Hard bed and pillow.
The room is tiny and old. The bathroom is good.
Near the Kabuki theater, good location for the shopping.
Good but size of the room is not big. First timers may get surprised. Most staff at the hotel are courteous. Location is great and you'll find many food joints nearby.
Small room but great service and gives a free rental phone
The Hotel Monterey La Soeur was a great place to stay. It was located in a very convenient location with many subway stations nearby and was very affordable. The hotel was beautiful and the room was more spacious than I thought a Tokyo hotel would be. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.
I loved this place, it was great, French music in the halls, great beds, baths and breakfast. we met lots of cool travels from all over the world, great location too!
Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice and comfortable
Rooms small and need a paint. If you do not specify non smoking you will be disappointed. We did not choose smoking rooms but all received one--very smelly. Service and breakfast, however, were outstanding.
Reasonable basic to midrange hotel in an expensive area. Non-smoking Rooms can smell lightly of smoke at times, ask them to unlock your windows for fresh air. Strict policy to refuse to help with restaurant bookings unless you are physically there.
Very short distance (10 minutes) to Tokyo Station. Very close vicinity to the Ginza shops and also in a nice quiet part of the town. Perfect location as you are close enough to be convenient, but far away to enjoy a bit of privacy. The hotel room wasn't anything special to highlight, however it was clean and comfortable. The staff were also really friendly and very helpful during our travel with booking tours and speaking to guides.
