Close to Hanzomon station (subway) is a great advantage over other hotels in Tokyo. The area is safe, many eateries and very close to the Emperor's Palace. The room is clean and quiet. The entire hotel is non-smoking except in the designated room on the first floor. The WiFi or Ethernet connection to Internet is very slow. This needs to be improved. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. If you can include with your room reservation, it is highly recommended.

Great location, it's a 20 min train ride to Tokyo and a 5 minute walk from the local station. Great service, room was spacious as we upgraded our room when we came and we were very happy with the room size. Bathrooms are clean and nice.

Rooms are nice and clean however quite small like most places in Japan. The location is super convenient and its directly across from Hanzomon station, you can walk to the imperial palace and there are many mini markets and cafes around the hotel. From Hanzomon station you can basically get anywhere and even the subway ride to the airport is easy however you have to change lines twice which is simple.

Beautiful room, great staff, very up to date features without being over the top, and a modern, clean art style. Very close to the metro as well.

Excellent location in central Tokyo, within walking distance of the Imperial Palace and metro stations. Friendly, English speaking staff and reasonable price.
