Amazing experience staying here in a room with a view of the sky tree from the 12th floor. Good amenities, Japanese style wet bathroom with separate toilet and nice seating area. Room also had a nespresso machine which was a nice touch. Loved the area too, it was a great contrast from the rest of Tokyo. Would recommend

Great location. Amazing view of the skytree and very attentive service. Only downside is internet speeds are very slow, to the point you can't stream anything.

Clean and beautiful amenities, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the lobby and rooftop lounge is amazing. The only bad thing is the WiFi is a bit slow.

Very good hotel in a great location. Rooms are surprisingly large for Tokyo and service is very good. Didn't use the restaurant but the small bar on the top floor was excellent.

Spacious room for Japan. Nice view. Comfortable bed. Nice shampoo and soaps.

The place looks good, albeit there are some parts of the interior design that looks kind of out of place (at least to me). The front desk is helpful and the they speak English pretty well, except that the Japanese accent is quite thick which is a challenge if you're not used to it. The hotel is situated very close to a train station and convenience store, which is a great plus.

The hotel is modern and sort of clean. But not so clean like other Japanese hotel. I can see tons of dusts on the bed head. I asked non-smoking room but when I entered the room I definitely could smell of smoking. So I requested to change the room but the hotel said it was full book today and arranged a smaller room which is a cheaper room than I paid. I complained I can't accept this room and I have no reason to stay cheaper room than I paid. So suddenly the hotel rearrange same size of room I paid after I complained!! Why the hotel arrange the same size room at the first time?? Staff are kind but need ideas to handle unexpected situation. I disappointed!!
