Stayed here 2 separate times now. The rooms are standard Japanese size, so don't expect a ton of space. But the price is great for what you get. The staff is always friendly and helpful and handle English speakers very well. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is buffet style and they typically have plenty of variety for everyone.
The hotel is minutes away from the metro and slightly off the main road, so it is perfect to get around but still nice and quiet.
This is a very nice hotel, with a good price, a short distance away from the heart of Roppongi. My 5th floor room was very clean, comfortable, and you can control the temperature and humidity. It offered a nice view of the city, was a little small but in Japan most rooms are rather small. The staff were extremely courteous and greeted me by name whenever I came through the lobby. I recommend this hotel, if you want to visit Roppongi and not pay for an overpriced hotel within walking distance to the restaurants, clubs, bars, and other attractions of the city.
Nice place to stay. It's quiet convenient to go to the Midtown area.
Good rooms, nice bathrooms, fair price, good location, friendly staff. Would recommend, a good balance between cost and location. Note that there's no fitness centre.
Loved the service in this hotel. Free bottled water and breakfast and some of the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with. The room wasn't very large but we only spent enough time in the room to sleep and shower. The shower was a rather nice size, not as small as the others I've dealt with in many hotels even in the states. I recommend staying here and it's not very far from Aoyama Ichome station.
Clean rooms, phenomenal service, wonderful complementary breakfast. We truly couldn't ask for a better experience!
Good breakfast. Small room but with two twin beds which gave my daughter and I a sound sleep. 5 minutes walk from subway station. 3 convenience store nearby.
Awesome for it's price, delicious breakfast (with an appropriate level of selection) and great amenities (for it's star rating). One of the best three star hotels to choose from! Great English from most staff as well! Foreigners looking for a good deal, this is a great choice!
Close to the subway. Eco-friendly (for the bathroom you can choose the stuff you really need). Rich breakfast. Good quality/ price.
A very nice hotel in the heart of central Tokyo. It is a bit tricky to find; and the map doesn't help much. My taxi driver called the reception to get direction even when we were only 500m away! The metro station is only about 5/7 minutes walk, so getting around Tokyo is very easy. There are few restaurants, bars & convenience stores nearby as well. The rooms are really tiny. Even to close the door behind, you have to be careful. Once you have your luggage and stuff open, it gets really difficult to move about! The price is high; but considering a stay in almost central Tokyo, it probably can be justified. In the reception, they provide free drinking water & their complimentary breakfast is quite nice too. Also worth knowing, if you need a plug converter for your phone/computer, you can borrow one from the reception.
