Very closely located to the station. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Room is decently priced. Nothing special about the rooms. Convenient store located on the 1st floor which is good

Rooms are small, but with everything you need. Good facilities like shampoo, toothbrush, coffee, tea, TV, flip flops etc.

Airco isn't working. The rooms are very warm, like 25° till 30° Celsius. To hot for some good night rest.

WiFi is very very slow.

We went to the wrong hotel with almost the same name at the same place without “STATION”

However

We head back to the right one just next to the gotanda station

Check in is fast

Service is good

Room is small but

No smoking smell inside our room

Pretty and clean

And we still have plenty of time to visit some other place ~ really convenient!!

We just stay for 1 night

That’s the perfect place for us to go and get the car from “Toyota rent a car” at the next day

Excellent friendly service. Very clean rooms. The single room was a little small but the quality of the bathroom and the good maintenance of the decore made up for it. Quiet (if you don't mind trains occasionally going past). Room is well equipped with fridge, TV, hair drier and other conveniences. 2 minute walk from Gotanda station with a family mart just outside. Lots of resteraunts and bars nearby, including an up market supermarket. Would recommend.

Most efficient and value for money hotel I've ever stayed at. Every small annoyance I've ever had in other hotels was thought of beforehand here (shoehorn, usb charger with plugs for a bunch of devices, all light switches near the bed, heated mirror that doesn't fog up and more). I dropped my bags of hours before check in, and they'd been brought to the room by the time I came back. Located close to the station, but still quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location that has an attached 24 hour Family Mart. Booked online but it was easy to check-in even tho we arrived at 11 pm. Service was courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean and new looking. Didn't need to make use of it but noticed laundry services available.

Spotlessly clean. Inexpensive. Laundry facilites. Only 20 mins to Tokyo station on the Yamanote loop line. Will stay again. My room was tiny but all I nedded. Bigger rooms available. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.

Extremely accessible Hotel almost right next to Gotanda Station (just out the station and across the road) on the JR Yamanote line so perfect if your exploring Tokyo with the tourists JR pass. The rooms are fairly small but very well equipped and great if your using this as a base only and spending time out and about. Plenty of local restaurants and fast food places nearby and there's also a MiniMart on the ground floor of the hotel for Sushi breakfasts!
