5 stars based on staff service, cleanliness and price. Rooms are small but functional and clean. About 8 minutes from Kodemmacho station and also near a few 24-hour eateries and mini-marts. No issue with food. It's in a quiet area so not much noise from outside.

I stayed there from 11/8-12 then 11/15-18. The location, cleanliness, spaciousness for the price and the most of all, the hotel staff service was excellent. One of their lady staff sensed my needs immediately and provided very efficient/polite service. I'd give her 5-star which I've never experienced anywhere in the world. The room was equipped with safe box, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, wifi, USB ports, plenty of AC outlets and etc. Only less than 5 minutes walk from JR Kanda station, 10 minutes walk from Akihabara and Tokyo Station. I love Japanese public bath and it was only a couple of blocks away - opened 2:30pm-12:00am everyday except Saturday. Definitely my preferred hotel while in Tokyo.

Clean affordable and always comfy, great staff too; location is pretty quiet at night. Plus there’s a convenience store right at the corner. Metro station is not too far :)

The room as a good size for a Japanese hotel but the bathroom unit was the smallest I've ever seen even in Japan. I couldn't close the door and set on the toilet without my knees hitting the door. The sink was tiny and basically under a shelf so brushing your teeth was almost impossible. Other than that the room was great. The staff were very nice. The area is clearly a business district so you do have to walk a bit to get to any restaurants. Though there is a FamilyMart right next to the front door.

Great value for money and located quite close to Kanda station. Very pleasant stay with a surprise early check in and good luggage depot service the day after. Would definately stay again

Great budget hotel, clean and conveniently located near the Kanda station. Friendly staff. No breakfast or restaurant. Vending machine and laundry equipment on the first floor.

My wife and I loved the place. The room size was reasonable for Japanese hotels. We stayed for two nights, the 30 and 31 December, and the price was very good.

It's the fifth time we're staying at this hotel and it's always great, the room are clean, comfortable and quiet at night. The staff always helpful and available. And the location is pretty good too. We'll be back for sure. Thank you
