Good service. Room is slightly small. Toilet glass is translucent thus not suitable for guests visiting.

Their service was great, staff are very polite. They have all the info to get to airport from hotel, info on food around the area, and the staff are kind enough to make booking for my dinner. They really went the extra mile and the hotel room was very clean and exceeded my expectations

Less than 5 minutes away from a train station and opposite an ippudo store. 20mins walk to tsukiji fish market. Great place to stay with great amenities and the room is spacious and comfy. Would stay at this place again!

Quick check in & check out. Clean, quiet & comfortable room, decent size for price in Tokyo. Free wifi, very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay in the heart of Ginza. Close to tsukiji fish market. Kept our luggage the day we were leaving so we could explore the city without carrying it around.

Great hotel for convenience in downtown Tokyo. The Higashi-Ginza station also has a direct link to Haneda International.
My gripes are about the room. Even when cranked down to 17 degrees, the aircon does not get cold enough. This was also an issue when I stayed her in 2014. I assumed it was a one off thing, which is why I booked a room here again. Apparently, it's an issue with the hotel.
Staff are very professional, but their inflexibility about offering a late checkout was annoying. This may have something to do with when their housekeeping staff are on duty, but it's still a bit annoying.response / report this review -
