Very conveniently located near Tokyo Station. The staff are friendly and speak English fairly well, so there's very little chance of miscommunication. The rooms are kept very clean, and the amenities above-average compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The room size is a bit smaller than average, but still very comfortable.

We stayed for around 10 days and I can only say good things about the hotel, the staff was always super friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and everything was always very clean and tidy. The location was also really convenient as it's close to Tokyo Station and other Metro stations like Hatchobori and Nihombashi. I would definitely stay again!

It's a pretty good hotel. The location is in a pretty quiet area with plenty of eating choices (both restaurants and convenience stores). Room was pretty small but not really cramped. Seems like it's normal for the number of stars and the country it's in. One big window to the outside but not much of a view. Free breakfast in the morning is pretty good. Not a big area for eating but they do provide you with means to bring food to your room. Staff were all pleasant too. Definitely recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is included but not the best. Location is good - about a 5 minute walk from 2 different metro lines, and approx. 20-30 minutes via metro from the main attractions. Would recommend if you're looking for a budget hotel that is decently located.

Room is small (but normal for Tokyo). Breakfast is decent but not amazing. All amenities needed are available. Very fair price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for good value.

It's cheap and if you want to go to Tokyo Disney it's in a great place for a direct metro line. Rooms are small but hey it's Tokyo. There is a central atrium above ground floor which is open to the elements. Was pretty chilly when we were there!

A very good budget hotel. Rooms are not huge, but they are big enough. No closet/drawers, but a few books on the wall allow you to hang a few garments. Comfortable beds. Entire hotel is kept very clean. Front desk staff were always very friendly. Very safe neighbourhood with a wide selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. Free shuttle to Tokyo station picks up at the front door of the hotel which was a nice unexpected surprise. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future.

Nice staff. Good and delicious breakfast. I am quite surprised by their effort to make better food than outside restaurants. Free embruella if it rains. Tight room but enough for your stay. Would definitely come back.
