  The place had good access to metro/train. Have visited the place for a conference, and the conference rooms were ok.

  Clean restroom, but old Japanese style toilets are very outdated - have not been using this style in years and so surprised me.

  Attend a seminar. They have Chinese restaurant which a bit expensive but still nice.
