Hotel is quite dated and old. You could feel like carpet coming up when you rolled around in the chair in the room. Towel also had a slight stain on the night I arrived. 3 star hotel at best

Rooms are small by western standards but comfortable and well appointed. Good location near train station. Free breakfast for elites in the lobby.

Fantastic location for your Tokyo Stay
In the past I was hesitant to stay in a Courtyard thinking it would be less than what I wanted for my stay in this fantastic city but I'm thrilled we gave it a chance. The location is fantastic with close proximity to transportation (3 different subway stops within a 5 minute walk), lots of restaurants of all price levels and of course its just a block away from all that the Ginza has to offer. The rooms are on the smaller side but more than roomy enough to move around. There is are two restaurants and two bars and a great, friendly helpful staff. The king size beds are comfortably stiff and the bed linens are nice. The bathroom is a bit small but the fixtures as well as the furniture is new and shows no signs of wear which makes me feel very comfortable and clean. This is a perfect location when your objective is to see the town and then have a comfortable place to come back to relax. Perhaps its not the top in terms of luxury but its clean, new and relaxing!

Large rooms and good amenities. Great place for those looking for a Western style hotel with an Eastern flair. A touch on the pricey side given the location but the difference in quality is noticeable

The rooms are fine, service is great, and the breakfast buffet amazing.
I was slightly saddened by the hallways which could benefit from having their carpets steamed. And of course, at this location, it's never going to be perfectly quiet. In the bathroom, the ceiling is a bit low if you're on the tall side of life.

However, the gym That is really sad. An underground bunker without daylight and a training mat on the floor that wasn't even large enough for me to fly lay down on. They could really do with a bit more love.

Pricey, but fantastic. Great location from which you can easily visit the chuo-dori shopping area and sample delicious small bites in the Tsukiji fish market. Concierge and front desk staff are exceedingly helpful. +++

Restaurant was mediocre and wine was bad. Extremely overpriced as we were lead to believe it was ¥3900, not ¥39000. For $390 a night, the rooms should have been nicer.

I went here simply to ride the airport limousine bus, but the service and interior were great. The staff spoke English well, even when I called late the night before to reserve a ticket, and they were very helpful when I was there the next day. This is also probably the most luxurious courtyard I've ever seen.

Location, location, location. Very good hotel with all necessary amenities. Close to major subway, rail hubs, and monorail, it is a good strategic location to stay in Tokyo for business and pleasure. Being close to famous Ginza and the fish market Tsukiji, makes this location almost perfect. Has airport limousine service as well.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Best concierge I've ever experienced. Solid breakfast buffet for both local and American palates. Treated us very well. Gyu-an Kobe Steakhouse is right across the street so can't beat that!
