The hotel is clean and the stuff is friendly. Close with shops. Close with ayase JR line. However, there is no direct JR line from Tokyo Station to Ayase Station.

Very close to the Train Station. Convenient location to purchase food, supplies, games, etc. The rooms are super clean, beds comfy and aircon works well. Excellently priced per night and Friendly staff. Recommended.

The rooms are pretty much standard, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is good, being very close to the Ayase station.

Went in Feb 2015 and nearly froze to death. Communications not easy and hotel stank of cigarette smoke but location was good. Near train station. Polite staff.
