Location is good as it is near to both Subway & JR.
Staffs are helpful when we are asking them for direction to some places.
Hotel has coin operated washing/dryer which are very useful.
Housekeeping are good too.
Outstanding customer service! A truly wonderful staff - of course, all of Tokyo is spectacular that way. Truly one of the great places to visit in the world. Shiba Park Hotel does a great job from top to bottom.
Thank you so much, to everyone at Shiba Park Hotel! This was our first trip to Japan, and we will definitely be returning! We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, after a very long flight from Hawaii. We were greeted by the most pleasant staff at your hotel. From the beginning of our trip, every single employee at Shiba Park was top-notch! My Aunt is a return guest at your hotel and has been there several times. Myself (Lori, her niece) and my husband, Stafford, normally stay at Four Seasons properties. My Aunt was concerned that we would not care for Shiba Park because it's not known as a 5 star hotel/resort. However, my experience at your hotel was just as delightful as any 5 star hotel I've been to. We will definitely be coming back to you! The hotel is unpretentious and very comfortable, and the staff is excellent! Thank you so much for making out trip to Japan an enjoyable and memorable one!
I love this hotel. It's located close to three stations so we were able to get where we wanted to go easily but away from any really busy, noisy streets. The hotel staff was very friendly, gracious, and helpful. After a long flight and feeling the time difference, no one wants to have staff they can't communicate with and that was not a problem at this hotel. We attended a family wedding in Tokyo and the staff even went the extra mile to make sure I knew how to use the gift envelope (money should be inserted facing a certain way!) which really touched me. I'm sorry I didn't make a note of the name of the lovely, young woman who helped me with that particular issue but every staff member we had contact with made us want to stay at this hotel again if we ever return to Tokyo.
The 2-person room is very small; there wasn't much room to put our (large) suitcases. But the beds were large and luxurious. There are so many amenities (soaps, cups for brushing our teeth, a water boiler, small fridge, etc) Room service is as it is in Japan: very good. The shower head is over a bathtub, and the toilet is the Japanese style toilet with in-built bidets. We were out sightseeing most of the time, so the small size didn't really bother us, so overall, it's very good.
Great staff. Clean rooms. Lovely views of Tokyo Tower.
The ppl and staff are extremely nice I feel like I am among my own :)
This photo was taken in the lobby at Shiba Park Hotel.
Great, affordable hotel in a good location close to shops restaurants and transit. Lifts can sometimes be slow and so can the wifi. Averaged 0.5-1.5Mbps when we were there.
The service is amazing, the staff are more than happy to keep your luggage while you're out and about before check-in, and they're all fluent English speakers. The rooms are consistently cleaned, accessories are topped up everyday and they're sooo useful (even better than what I have at home). The location is also really convenient to get to, restaurants are less than 5min walk away, and the train station in 10min. Wouldn't mind coming back and stay again.
I was originally booked in the annex, which is modestly priced for Tokyo but has small rooms, old small beds, short bathroom ceilings, and was built in the 50's. In August 2016 they finished a new tower that also serves as the lobby. I switched to a spacious, modern and elegant room in the tower that also cost significantly more. When booking, be aware of what you are getting. It is fairly central Tokyo, so you will get what you pay for. You may also consider the Prince Park Tower Hotel.
