Location is prime and the staff polite. The hotel has a great view of the Roman Theater and is in easy access to good eateries and shopping areas nearby. The terrace is great for spending time just reading, sipping coffee or entertaining guests.
It has a very old-timey feel to it so please don't expect shiny and swanky rooms. Lighting in the rooms is a bit dim in the night and the rooms are a bit small and congested, but clean. Overall a good budget hotel.

Absolutely no problem with the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. But the rooms were not as good as we expected. It has more of a hostel feel than that of a hotel.

We only stayed one night, so the location is important for us. The room is basic but enough for a short stay, a bit loud due to facing the streets. Breakfast is basic, friendly staff.

Amman Pasha is a unique hotel in the city. Once you arrive you'll be welcomed with the cute geese at the door, the free birds and the warm staff in the lobby. They have a cosy restaurant with multinational waiters and a terrace (rooftop), with a wonderful view of the Roman theater. The rooms are modest and have no wifi, but some of them offer a nice view of the Acropolis. All in all, Amman Pasha hotel feels like a big lively family, and I will definitely stay there again in the future.

The place could be better, they should've Atleast provided toiletries with the prices of there room. The owner/manager was nice. But the guides or drivers shouldn't take advantage of the guest for the prices of the tours around amman. We just felt we we're ripped off on our first day of stay there.

A good value hotel in central Amman. The rooms are comfortable, though not soundproof. The air conditioning in our room was stuck on one temperature and the bathroom was very substandard as others have mentioned.

The free breakfast is good and very convenient though the hotel's claims that it is the "best in Amman" are perhaps obviously overblown.

The staff of the hotel are quite friendly and accommodating, though our experience with arranging bus tickets to Petra was very poor. The hotel promised that they would arrange them and provide us with a packed breakfast for the ride. They did not reserve the tickets and did not prepare breakfast for us.

The staff was also very quick to offer to arrange tours and taxis which we did not want - it was easy to get around using taxis and minibuses.

After years of experience this hotel is the best option for budget travelers.
It is conveniently located downtown with in walking distance to Rainbow and webdeh the cafe bar district and close to best hummus and juice bars.

The Pasha is one's home away from home.
Complete with elevator & rooftop tables. Friendly knowledgeble English speaking, the front desk staff, Tarik and others, will answer your every question and help you to have the best time possible. Excellent drivers on hand will take you on delightful tours of the amazing historical sites of Jordan or shuttle to airport. Clean rooms, and an inclusive incredible buffet of Arabic breakfast, its economical and delicious. Lunches and gourmet dinners are available until nearly midnight at the Pizza Roma Tourist Cafe off the lobby. When the allure of Jordan brings you back in other contexts, the Pasha will still welcome you as a friend even if your no longer a tourist. Simply Exceptional.

Value for money. Modest accommodation for budget travellers. Tip: Which ever hotel you stay, please arrange for the hotel car and guide. Taxis here are dangerous and are known to mug travelers.

Friendly owner, but rooms andfacilities aren't special. That said this place is probably the pick of Arman, it just doesn't compare to other countries. The location is excellent. Close to the centre of town.
Jordan accomodations prices are fairly expensive but you don't get much for what you pay.
The water in the bathroom is hot.
The internet is only good enough for emails. We couldn't Skype call or stream videos. That said if you have data on your mobile phone there is good coverage in this area and you can do both of these activities at your own expense.
You can hear the call to prayer in the morning, while a lovely sound, not while you are sleeping, bring ear plugs.
If you have kids the roof top is worth a visit as there are rabbits.
We visited here twice and BOTH times we had to ask for towels. There is a sign to not to use the bath towel as a bath mat (foot mat) but again you have especially ask for the foot mat.

The foyer says no smoking, but the taxi drivers linked to the hotel do smoke in this area. The breakfast buffet is very basic, don't expect much. At dinner time they smoke in the restaurant.
