The hotel is located at one of the most trafficked ways of Amman.
The entrance to the hotel is terrible at it comes reversible, it is very narrow and due to the traffic it will be a hard job to get in, and i het my car when i went in.
Then we have their un polite security, reception. They are uncapable to well recive the people, the security do hand touch the men bodies after passing from the security gate, the reception was not set at his place and they call him from inside and i had to wait him more than 30 min to check his mail for my online reservation.
The room was another terrible experience!!
Somke smell is filling the area, i coludnt put my head on the pillows, smoke was deeply inside, towels are the same too.
Shower water flow was not working and i had to carry the movable down shower to have my shower.
Breakfast!!!
No need to have it at all, it is one of the worst.
I dont recommend to get this bad hotel for anybody.response / report this review -

Today in the breakfast I saw insect which was living in the vegetables main platter and travelled in to my plate they just removed the plate quickly and never come back to me or call although I have left the restaurant and stayed at my room without breakfast and then met the supervisor several time and he mentioned nothing about the case. Also when I checked in Ihave asked the reception to choose the most calm and relax room, he recommended a sweet witch was expensive for me and above my budget but I Went for it as I was crushed and need only quite place. At mid night I have discovered that the sweet has a connected door of a noisy room.
They shifted me and forced me to shift all my stuff to another smaller quite room.
If you are looking for perfect clean and relaxing place for this is the wrong choice.response / report this review -

Rooms quite small, beds uncomfartable, avoid 6th floor because of laudly music from upper restaurant, room service is good, , reception stuff not highly skilled, as 4 star

The hotel in general is really cosy and the staff are amazing.
Standard rooms are a bit small but they have nice duvet coves, comfy beds, and nice bathrooms.
The only negative thing is that there’s no bar and no alcohol allowed. Also sometimes they have cleanliness issues!response / report this review -

It's a good hotel but not comparable with Marriott and Le Meridian. The standard rooms are clean and ok but very small and expensive in terms of "value for money". Nonetheless, a reasonable choice on a good location.

Not exactly luxury but comfortable enough. Most staff very friendly but reception could improve. Catering very limited and not as advertised. No alcohol. Not a very convenient location, unless you are a fan of the local football club and enjoy rowdy fans!

Pictures were deceiving on the Internet, the room appeared to be bigger but were smaller. Despite booking the Executive Suite. The air condition was nice and cold, the bathroom was spacious, and the house keeping was great

This is an excellent choice, when I walked in I was meet with tight security and a very welcoming staff. The rooms are well designed and comfortable, the bathrooms were good but the shower does leak from the bottom glass but that wasn't a big deal since they had towels under the door and the floor stayed dry. Overall this is a solid choice

Very nice place . Front office team are amazing special thank s for Ahmad the concierge . He did a great job and was very helpful , I believe that this man should be more in this hotel.

Everyone was very nice!!! Guards and security made me feel safe!! The only issue was the housekeeping never took out our trash. other than that room was awesome. Definitely will stay again
