we came here at the end of a tour of the country, after all of the hotels we stayed at, this was a disappointment although the clean lobby was quite promising. they were asking $15 for dinner (definitely not worth the price). the buffet selection was meager both in food options and they kept running out of food. despite coming to the buffet 30 minutes after it opened, new food was still coming out and many of the dishes were cold (it felt like we were eating leftovers). that only our group was there wasn't particularly encouraging. no shampoo in the bathroom and the door doesn't even close all the way. bleak lighting in the hallway. staff was nice enough but seemed overwhelmed, forgetful, and clueless about basic hotel amenity requests (we kept asking for an adaptor, was unclear if we could get it from the front desk or they insisted on dropping it off until they came up to our room, very silly over an adaptor, another lady was asking for smaller towels and they didn't seem to understand). location is solid, but don't expect too much.

Absolutely loved this hotels! My stay was amazing, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are polite and professional and so helpful. Plus it has a very good location.

Great hotel. Only issue is that fge rooms dont have open windows. So you may feel the need of fresh air sometime

Been staying in ibis hotels all over the world. Although this one keeps the same IBIS room standards, the services as well as staff responsiveness and friendlyness were outstanding!

Very good business hotel at a prime location in Amman. Standard room size and cleanliness are very good while breakfast buffet is a 4 star hotel standard. Staff is welcoming with clear communication skills in English. It's worth the money paid for!

A very good (+) budget hotel with premium service and hospitality staff and facilities. I truly recommend this hotel for Amman visitors. It's located in the trendy area of malls, restaurants and shopping spots.

Great budget hotel right in the Middle of Amman city, Jordan. Beers are available throughout even during Ramadan when the all city is alcohol scarce. Great breakfast and very Nice staff.

The place is a food option for families or when traveling in groups. No smoking rooms are available. A night stay for 2 cost us 72 JD. The breakfast is amazingly delicious. Omelete with Hash Browns and beef mortadella is a must try.

The room was ok but nothing special but the service was not good at all:

- my sunglasses were broken and I asked for a screw driver. I left my sunglasses at the reception so that they have an idea about the screw driver size. The guy said that he will clarify and call me. The next day another guy at the reception knew nothing.

- I asked about transportation to the death sea. They mentioned by bus but had no idea about timings.

- I asked for an iron but they forgot to bring the adapter to connect it

Furthermore the Wifi was not working properly in my room.

Close to the mall and Middle East best restaurants. Room is Ibis style. One of front office staff needs extra training on friendliness.
