Worst hotel experience of my life. Wi-fi barely works. Rooms stinks, everything is so old and neglected. I've stayed 5 nights. It was like nightmare. Food is terrible. Bathroom is dirty. I had water cut for one night and next day it was flowing as dirty. Yes real dirt. Brown with soil.

Pay double and go somewhere else don't stay here

People..Don't go to THIS hotel. The outside looks good, but inside, is like hell. Bell boys are very impolite and if there are any requests by you, it takes at least 8 hrs to do it ( in my case ). True case of "Judge A Book By It's Cover " !!!!

hotel is nice, but rooms are dated. plumbing is very bad, drains run slow and drain flies are a problem. gift shop is excellent and hotel staff are polite and helpful

Helpful, friendly staff who will do their best to help you in English. Rooms are clean and have CNN in English. Bathrooms are clean, hot showers, clean towels.

The location is great, near Rainbow street. Buy some big water bottles and soda and anacks for your trip at little mini market next door to the right of the main entrance. The guy behind the counter is honest.

Turn left, walk by the circle and take the first left. Stop for some sweets, or walk a block down for great falafel or hummus.

Great shwarma is located across the roundabout from the hotel. You can get a quick hot meal and a soda for two dinar.

Enjoy Amman and Jordan!
