Wonderful accommodations. Extremely helpful, friendly, courteous and professional staff. Great facilities and restaurants. Stayed for a week last summer and again just last week. No complaints, only praises. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Jordan from New York. Highly recommended!

This used to be one of Amman's fancy hotels. It is loosing that title for two reasons: one, many new fancy hotels popped up in Amman. Two, this hotel needs some serious renovations. The staff is still super good and friendly but staff can't make a very old toilet seat turning yellow better. There was rust in the bathtub. The carpets were starting to smell. Fix this hotel up and get it back to its previous glory.

Beautiful hotel conveiniently located in Abdoun. Less than a mile from Abdoun Circle. Great food, amazing service, and top notch accomadations.

It's cozy, luxurious and the food is delicious but the location doesn't help to do an outdoor activities and the facilities don't help to check in it

A truly classy hotel. And, tough to beat for Amman's 1st (or 2nd) best; at worst second runner-up.
To me, Al-Nabil has always been Amman's best, albeit that was before 4Seasons and Fairmont showed up in town (though Al-Nabil has not relinquished the belt yet).

This was a great location for a business conference. The facilities were perfect for the number of attendees involved. The various meeting rooms were good size for the breakout sessions. The food was very good at all of the various events!

Fantastic hotel. I normally check in around 10am and the hotel is always ready to receive me. As a Marriott platinum member I was upgraded from a nice room to a 2-bedroom junior suite.
Their restaurant is good for both breakfast and lunch. At the back of the 2nd floor they have a terrific Italian/steak house. They have by far the best gym facility I have seen it comprises an entire floor, with a n Olympic size indoor pool and a fantastic outdoor pool.
This hotel is centrally located surrounded by a number of restaurants and a local hospital. There is a shopping center a few blocks away.
I would highly recommend the Sheraton hotel to anyone visiting Amman.

I have been in this hotel 4 times and it's outstanding hotel in every thing. The best thing swimming pool in Amman , location, clean rooms , staff fantastic in my opinion i like it more than intercontinental and four seasons

My stay at The Sheraton Amman is by far and away above the best experience I have ever had whilst staying in five star hotels. The staff were cooperative, friendly and were at my assistance whenever needed. The food was outstanding and whenever I wanted to change an item on the menu to suit my tastes the chefs always obliged. I will continue to stay at this outstanding hotel whenever I am in Amman.

Food was good at the breakfast buffet, and prices are kind of reasonable. You will find some issues with decor and room cleanliness and servicing but still an OK hotel for no more than 3 days.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff is so helpful and kind. They cater to your every need. The rooms are very comfortable and the size is great. We stayed here for 10 days and found no problems. The staff gave us a lot of helpful info about the town and how to get around. The location of the hotel is great. Very close to many restraunts and small shops. The Galleria mall is also about a 20 minute walk away. It was an amazing stay and we hope to visit again soon.
