We have never enjoyed a wedding like we did in this fine hotel; “Holiday Inn Amman” on the 2nd of February 2018. It was my brother's wedding reception and the hotel staff offered the best ever that a couple and their guests would look for.
The banqueting team displayed a high professional level of event management, flexibility and customer care, also the service staff at the wedding day was active and giving attention to each guest’s need.
Even the valet team was really professional!

The food menu (Appetizers, Dinner & Deserts) that we have selected was delicious, fresh & amazing.

Regarding the venue, the hall was really comfortable for all of our guests and it has a really big dance floor and an impressive decoration, I can’t say much about other stuff such as the Dj, Lighting, sound system, dance floor lighting, chairs, and center pieces because it was done by Feelings Event Planning the best wedding planner in Amman after our experience with him.

The price was convenient, as they have more than one package to choose from; each package includes a different menu, so it can suit different budgets.

All in all, everything was perfect!

Highly recommended for wedding ceremonies.

Very friendly staff. OK buffet breakfast. Decent fitness room. Rooms are old fashioned and the hotel would really need refurbishment. Noisy rooms. Good bedding.

As a business traveller I prefer this hotel in Amman. Reasonably priced for amenities and services they offer, rooms are cosy and comfortable. Breakfast buffet though is below par. Other wise its good choice.

We visited a Bazar held in this hotel.. And we loved Tasawaqy booth My daughter got 5 tops from that corner There was also many hand made merchandise
A great time we spent there.

Having a conference in Amman for a group of 27, and decided to use this hotel for the second year.
The 4 stars are due to the rooms being okay for business purpose; being very busy, with weddings every single night; and the location itself being adequate but far from historical center.
However the service and costumer care are 5 stars, received exceptional support throughout the event. The refreshments are good and the meals are very good. Will keep coming back.

I requested a non smoking room, but they gave me a room that is full of cigarettes smoke then I requested to change the room then after long time they moved me to a similar room with cigarettes smokes, then they moved me to third room which i found that the AC key control was broken, then they moved me after long conversations to what they call premium room in which the AC was too worm that I couldn't sleep that night. Then they promised to fix it , but they couldn't. I spent the second night in a hot room.

The rooms are comfortable. The hotel is located a little far from the old city. But is otherwise central. Staff is courteous. Breakfast spread is not that great. There are nice spaces to sit and read.

It's clean but overpriced. Rooms are on the small side. I liked the wooden trims in the room but the TV is very old.
House keeping are very responsive and effective.

More or less what you'd expect from any Holiday Express in the United States but I did notice a huge difference in quality of rooms from the lowest priced ones to the mid-ranged suites. Not just the size and amenities but the condition of the rooms and their upkeep. The regular rooms were, at best, 2 star quality.
