Staying at the Grand Hyatt at the end of our Jordan trip was the perfect way to finish a great holiday. The General Manager, Harum Dursum, was very accommodating, provided great service, and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed! The rooms and facilities were top-notch and did not disappoint. I would highly recommend people staying here when in Amman!

The hotel is great, rooms are comfortable and nice. The staff are super nice. However I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The toiletries provided were old and used. It seems they don’t conduct regular maintenance to make sure everything is in good condition.

I haven't stayed in this hotel. But, I had a business meeting in their lobby and it was a bad experience. Someone was painting with customers around, the smell was really annoying. Staff asked us to switch tables because the one we were using was reserved although they failed to put a reserved sign on it. Moreover, people around us were smoking despite the no smoking signage! It's really sad that public health codes and laws are broken inside such a prestigious organisation.

I'd say it's one of the best hotels in Amman.
As you enter, the security guards welcome you with a huge that makes you feel comfortable. The receptionists are young, well trained and professionals that would do anything to make sure you enjoy your stay.
The food was more than great, I ordered 6 different meals during my stay and they were all so good.
Services are so special, especially the room service, they take cleaning to a whole different level. The Spa was an amazing experience, I advice everyone to go there.
And last but not least, I'd like to thank Celine who made sure that I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thank you very much.
