Simple hotel for good price, the location is really good. Rating is low because heating is not included in the price and if you want to save some money you need to freeze

The owner and receptionists were very kind and helpful. Building is quite old and that gives a special atmosphere. Towels and soap provided. Simple breakfast with good coffee and laffa bread. We had a small twin room with TV and fan and it was still very hot. Very good location: right in the heart of Amman, close to main sightseeings ( Roman theatre just 5 minutes walk; Grand Husseini Mosque, Bukhariyeh Market and Roman Nymphaeum 10 min walk).

Very good location very close to famous Citadel and shopping area. Nice and helpful service. Good breakfast, stable internet access. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. Modestly furnished bathrooms. Help with organizing trips across Jordan.

It's a really old hotel and not in a good way and it is not clean, the bed sheets weren't changed.. I guess the only advantage is that it's very close to downtown
