The property is dated which is evident by the condition of the rooms. The TVs, phones and furniture are old. On a good note the service was great and dthr restaurants made great food. For the price I recommend a more modern property.

Excellent service while we were there! Very friendly staff especially in the ground floor restaurant and the spa. The pool is very beautiful and the amenities/facilities are clean and well kept. The beds were the comfiest of my trip!

One of Amman's land marks, luxury hotel with spacious upscale rooms.
It has several restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating, food is very good and service is excellent.
There is a great spa offering signature treatments, and a well equipped gym indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
Pricey hotel but good value for money.

This hotel is very classy but be aware they do allow smoking in some public areas (typical of most places). Rooms are very luxurious. Service is exceptional. Hotel is not in walking distance to anything of note that we could find but they have excellent taxi service just for this hotel.

Visited their Spa for a head and shoulders massage. It's pricey but absolutely worth it. Professional soothing massage done by experienced staff, and you can come earlier to use sauna and steam to relax before your massage. Keeps me coming back. Love it

Very good hotel and well maintained. Pool was relaxing and La Capitale restaurant is a nice French cuisine.

Had a bad dinner experience at the Le Capital restorant.
Slow service by inexperienced waiters who actually spilled water on us, the table and food, Late to react, not to mention food was not up to expectations.
A few days later we received appologies, however too lettel too late, should have been done much earlier, with the proper service.

By far the best service you can get! Rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. All the restaurants in the hotels are great. There is a French restaurant on the first floor, a steakhouse on the ground floor and the breakfast, which is awesome, is served downstairs. Very accessible and the security is tights.
