Very modern and professionally designed five-star hotel. Excellent to stay or join conferences, meetings, shows
The Le Royal, is one of the tallest buildings in Amman. It's located in Jabal Amman area, very close to the 3rd Circle. The building serves as a host of Le Royal Hotel chain in addition to a shopping mall, cinemas and commercial offices.
The building costed around $350 million over the course of construction and it is also built in a modern way as a clad building.

My husband chose Le Royal for our honeymoon and regretted it shortly after returning to our suite after ordering room service and realizing that we had left the room around 5pm, and he had told housekeeping to come and clean the room after we had left, and upon our arrival at 3am the next morning, our bedding was not changed, our room service was still sitting in our room, and he had paid extra money for a romantic display on the first night, which was never arranged from the beginning. At 4am, my husband called the housekeeping supervisor and asked them to take care of the room, but all the supervisor could do was smile and say he was sorry. We were then escorted to the lobby to drink coffee while they cleaned the room, and we both felt they did not take our request very seriously the entire time. Our room was such a mess and to come back after visiting with family until 3am, and for the room to not be touched at all, was completely unprofessional and disgusting. When we arrived to the room, the fruit plate was next to the bed on the side table, and there was a random strawberry on the floor near the bed, which my husband stepped on by accident when bringing in our luggage. We should have taken that as a sign of the housekeeping staff's blatant disregard for small details, and oversight of taking care of their customers. This is a 5 star hotel, but their housekeeping and customer service deserve that of a cheap motel. The only area we would like to praise is the front desk staff, when we left the following day, my husband dropped his wedding ring down the elevator shaft to the basement, and the front desk staff managed to call someone to find it within the hour. This does not make up for the poor housekeeping and customer service from the hotel, but at least we left in a relatively good mood due to them.

A very fabulous 5* property located in the heart of the city. Its very comfortable place for your stay or for organizing any sort of events. Nice and tidy hotel. The rooms are very spacious and hygienic too. The house keeping staff are also well versed. The restaurant, bar are worth a visit. The reception needs an update and in terms of curtsy also. The Spa and F&B outlets are cool and luxurious. The night view of the hotel from the outside area is fantastic, if you are with your children, then it would be an eye-catching scenery for them to see the multi coloured light illuminations. The price mentioned on the website is in US$ and when we arrived at the hotel, the entire scenario changed and the rate was in JD, but the problem is the conversion rate is higher than what we used to expect. Please do remember to visit the Budha club for an awesome food taste. Also pay a visit to Abdoun Bridge, constructed by L&T, India, which is a cable stayed bridge. And more above its worthy to pay a visit to Le- Royal…!!!

The Le Royal Hotel is worth visiting for at least two reasons. First, it is a very comfortable place to stay or to organise an event, such as a conference, in Amman; second, it is a remarkable landmark, a dominant helping people not familiar with the city to find their whereabouts. It's located at the 3rd circle, not far from the city center. The interesting Abdoun Bridge, a structure that really fascinates me (hence, I share some pictures), is very close. The hotel offers everything its guests dream about to get ready for a busy day or to relax after having one.

I attended a Christmass Party for kids it was nice with Mechoo the magician

Excellent upscale location and reasonably new place. Excellent convention and meeting facilities. Good restaurants and a lovely spa area. Good breakfast buffet with warm options and fresh juices! Large rooms!

Gives the impression of a 7 star hotel the entrance and the hall are fancy but the reception are not professional as they should be. Room service is good but u have to pay when they arrive at your room that was annoying too. Prices in the menu are not even close to the actual price a meal that seemed to cost 114JOD with taxes turned out to be 140!! Food was fairly good but nothing so special about it. Ine thing worth mentioning that club rooms view is enchanting.

Superb events management services. Staff went our of their way to guarantee our workshop went well. Coffee breaks were very rich and delicious. Lunch offered as part of the meeting package was delicious and menus versatile. I would definitely consider for future workshops.

I was invited here to my friend's wedding, it's class, the service, the decorations, the luxurious details inside and outside, all take 5 stars, the staff members were gentle and professional as well, the buffet was also delicious, but the prices are incredibly high!!! For me, it's only 4 stars.

Staff is nice and very friendly the rooms are comfortable but needs upgrading it's a good hotel but you can tell it's old specially if you've been to new hotels.cleaning staff is good but they don't always restock the tea and sugar specially the sugar i had to do with bitter tea sometimes overall it was an ok experience in this hotel.

Very good choice for night
Entertainment whether it for dinner, drinks or music band or a singer, night shows etc.
Le Royal is recommended for it's location as central with well
Organised valets.
Le Royal has one of the best gym centres including swimming pools.
It's worth to pay Le Royal a visit.

Been here multiple times for different occasions and reasons. I consider this hotel one of the top whatever your visit reasons are.
I gave it 4 stars as you can't park your car by yourself and you are obliged to hand it to the valet (a lot had bad experience in this place before).

Va very nice well located 5 stars hotel in the heart of Amman. it might be a way expensive for budget travels, if you want to relax and have a nice view of sunny Amman don't miss the opportunity to stay there. all facilities are available and special plus that it's a walking distance from some attraction areas of Amman.
