Had our honeymoon here! It was awesome. Great food, drinks and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel wasn’t 5 stars but it was clean and it’s always cool to chill in a hut. Would go back! Loved all the nature and landscaping too. Drink up, mon. I miss it

I absolutely love the atmosphere at this hotel. The food was great and the service was phenomenal. The staff are very warm and friendly. I had a great time at the beach. There little huts by the beach instead of the conventional hotel rooms. I loved every minute of it.

The newer executive suites are wonderful for any group of 3 (including my daughter). We all loved it. Nightly shows are lovely. Everyone enjoyed themselves even the aqua exercises. For the price I'm truly satisfied with the choice to go there.

Just came back from the resort last week. We loved the cabins, though the showers were hard to work. Food was great, staff were also great. I love the entertainment team, and i especially liked Rebel from the entertainment team. Getting to know Rebel really made a difference in our trip. She has such a great care free fun loving energy. It gave it that personal touch, and it was hard for us to say goodbye.

Below par 3 star resort. Slightly below average food, seas too rough for snorkelling in February, rooms are knackered and there is a lot of noise pollution which interrupted our sleep constantly. On the upside, it was fairly cheap and we didn't have to fight to get a sun lounger by either the pool or beach.

They did not honor our reservation, they said they were giving us an upgrade, but it was not what we wanted or reserved. They try to nickle and dime you to bilk you out of as much money as possible. It seems that they work hard to make it nice, but they never quite make it great. Seems like they enjoy saying no. Can't use the sail boards, they are just decorative. We will be getting new equipment next week, and on and on and on. Avoid this place at all costs

We had our honey moon here in November after getting married in Portland, Jamaica. It was a great time. Place was quiet and VERY relaxing!
The all-inclusive feature was a "bang for our buck"! Definitely the least expensive all-inclusive in the area.
Our cottage (room) was nice and clean, bed was very comfy!
Food was okay (nothing special), hospitality was good.
Beautiful location!
Swimming in the ocean was NOT the greatest as there were only a few spots without rocks.
Our entire stay was wonderful This place has everything you need, it is no 5 star, but definitely a nice place.

We spent here two weeks in December. The staff was very kind and friendly. The waitress always remembered my drinks. Very attentively! Good drinks, fresh food, lovely beach and nice garden area. Thank you for this beautiful experience. All of us 5 loved your familiar hotel.

It's a good hotel for it's price with amazing views and so close placement to the see. Food is also good. Animation is up to taste. But it's not the best for the swim lovers with its rough see bottom.

Great family oriented hotel. Staff members were friendly, daily activities by the pool and entertainment at night's rooms were clean and comfortable. Beach is lovely I will definitely be going back but the only downside is they don't offer free Wi-Fi you have to pay for that separately

Overall a awesome experience.the staff was was warm and inviting they have a great entertainment package in addition to that the variety and quality of the food offered was good. There is a lot lots of amenities and activities to explore.The entertainment staff did a great job.

Great all inclusive for families. Some staff not honest. Left my phone charger plugged in and someone stole it when they cleaned the room. Shows sometimes boring. Great staff. Polite and helpful. Great food.

A fabulous resort where the staff greet you with handshakes, fist bumps and smiles. Nothing is too much trouble, all they want if for you to have a good time and enjoy yourself. Beautiful, rustic cottages are one form of accommodation, a real home away from home feeling but also with beautiful Jamaican vibes. Yeah mon!

rooms clean and comfy. gardens beautiful. plenty of beach chairs and beds, nice pool area, good drinks. Food is almost inedible, and I am not a picky eater, and wasn't expecting 5 star food. Staff not so friendly. Guests weren't very social either which was a surprise.

The ambiance was good and the nightly entertainment was good. Their customer service on the other hand, was/is poor, the housekeeper was rude and the Guest Services Manager did very little to ensure that we enjoyed our stay as we were celebrating our anniversary. I had to speak to the General Manager who was very nice and he made sure that we got what we asked for. I would not revisit this hotel.

Nice holiday, quite noisy around the bungalows (gardeners working around you since early morning, the birds and rain won't let you sleep at night).
Nice, spacious bungalows (maybe need a bit of refubrishing), swimming pool closed after 7pm - why?

The place itself is lovely but it just lacks something. Food is limited in choice and parents with young kids would find it hard food wise as there isn't really anything for them. The only snack bar is let down by the fact it takes about an hour to get served. Rooms are lovely but our chalet for 4-5 persons has nowhere near enough storage space ( 3 drawers and one small hanging space that's it). Staff are friendly and helpful in the main.
Biggest issue is that beach chalets now 4 5 6 7 are right next to the entertainment stage and it is loud until about 11 pm so if you paid extra for relaxing accommodation near the seawell enough said.
Cleanliness a bit of an issue but not seriously so. Paper still on floor 24 hrs later beach has straws and cigarette butts buried everywhere. I accept the clientele should pick up after themselves but lets face it that isn't going to happen.
There are water sports but not a lot to do. The entertainment team tries its best but doesn't succeed all the time.
Lovelwy location but just doesn't have the wow factor ( for me anyway).response / report this review -

Avoid this hotel as much as you can. It's worn, the pictures are misleading. Spend a few more bucks and enjoy your get away. The service was a sure hit and miss best part being daily activities and nightly entertainment. They could do so much better and management needs to train their staff on dealing with diversity. Not hospitable to certain folk.

Ok I really want to give them 5 starts because even tho its not an upscale facility its awesome in its own way. They have these amazing little private cabins and beautiful garden paths archery, I snorkeled for the first time, the live entertainment is awesome. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff on the front desk. Professional but friendly and charming at the same time and they remember who you are.
The only bad thing about this resort is the food it is absolutely horrifying and so disappointing when you are in Jamaica with such amazing food everywhere. The food was absolutely ghastlyresponse / report this review -

Best holiday for while, Chris the Beach Attendant, the life guards, JJ and Devon, to name but a few, all the staff were great. the rooms were cleaned everyday. The food was plentiful and plenty of choice. The only issue was the snack bar didn't open til 12 and you couldn't get a drink at the top bar without having to walk back to the main bar. Cant wait to go back in 2018

Beautiful place, lousy service. The location truly is beautiful, but the staff almost seem to feel that visitors are a hassle. There are MUCH better resorts. They place us is a third floor room. The porter carried one small bag up the steps as my wife and I lugged everything else up, then would not give us the key until we gave him a tip. Apparently the tip we gave was not enough because he left in a huff. There's more, but it's all about staff that seem inconvenienced by the guests.
