Some rooms are nice but the general facilities are run down.

Beautiful grounds! Grounds keepers and workers very nice. I loved that I was greeted each morning with a smile and Morning greeting! The restaurant and Jacuzzi where closed. New management was underway whilst I was there. There are quite a few cats that call it their home aswell. It sits high up on a hill, there is a guard at the bottom of the hill. I felt self. There are plenty of options for food close by for walking.

Good place to stay for an overnight, but needs some more things for entertainment. It would have been good if breakfast was at least a part of the package. Very close to the town area of Ocho Rios. Good pool and comfy rooms.

Worse place in have ever stay since I've been coming on vacation to Jamaica. This place don't even deserve a star. The complex is ranked down and covered in rat bat feaces every where on outside walls by entrance to apartments, nothing like what's on the Internet. Oh yeah they don't do refund either so you have no choice to stay here. Especially apartment#46. Can't use stove keep on getting shocked when you touches anything on stove. Ceiling covered in mold. One bathroom works but you can only enter side ways because some genius installed AC unit right next to bathroom entrance. This place and for the people owns apartment# 46 should be reported. This is another way of scamming hard working people out there money.

Low- key is right. Very basic accommodations which need an update. The restaurant is expensive and the food just okay. This place could be so much more with just a few extra touches. Desperately needs an update!

Very convenient, close to the city centre, the main shopping centre (Eight Rivers), restaurants and a beautiful park. Rosemarie books the better maintained apartments!

Decent place. Good customer service. Beautiful property and view of the town. Very close to the food places and shopping areas;walking distance. Breakfast offered. But nothing smashing or amazing, just quiet and okay.

Rooms are nice and clean. Buffet breakfast is a great improvement since other meals aren't offered. Room prices are affordable. The fact that it's located near to the town as well as all the activities is definitely a plus.

Apartment complex converted into resort or something like that. This place needs maintenance. Pool bar closed, whirlpool not working, ac dripping water etc. one star for friendly staff.

It's close to the town of Ocho Rios a few minutes walk to the beach. It also has a great view of the town and the beach from the hill side. A few minutes drive to famous attractions like Dunn's River.

It's not the best but it's okay.
The food and the service at the bar is always top notch.

Went in October 2016 for my husband's birthday we enjoyed our stay. some of the staff was more pleasant than others but overall good customer service. The food was good the room was spacious and very clean
