Freaking awesome! Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about going to Jamaica! & pay the extra for club mobay! It's definitely worth it for the customs line. All inclusive, just gotta tip driver & any services while you're not on the resort. Great vacation! We plan on coming back soon

This is our favorite resort, by far. We've traveled to a number of different resorts all over the Caribbean and this one is the best, hands down. I cannot even fully describe how wonderful it is. It truly is all-inclusive, from meals (delicious) to snacks to a continuously stocked mini-bar in your room. My boyfriend was certified in scuba here and has enjoyed countless, and mostly complimentary, dives. Their scuba team is among the best. The spa is amazing, the pool is beyond gorgeous and the entire staff is SO cheerful and very, very nice. We plan to take our 3rd trip here in the next month or so. I cannot recommend this place more highly, you will absolutely not be disappointed!

Awesome resort for newly weds and couples!! No kids crying or screaming. The best beach on the island, lots of activities, amazing service and food 24/7. Rooms are legit and mini bar you get full bottles which is insane lol. If you like to drink enjoy the beach and eat then this is the resort for you guys.

Too many good things to say about Couples. If you can afford it and you have the time and you are just thinking about it, stop right there. Go to Couples. It is paradise. I want to live there. We have been to Negril 3 times and Swept Away once. We will keep going back.

Couples Negril has an indescribable feel that simply puts you at ease. The guests keep returning year after year and I understand why. The staff is probably the best I’ve encountered anywhere in the Caribbean. Couples is located right beside the new Royalton - both hotels are a stark contrast between quaint and comfortable, and state-of-art and flashy. When I’m on vacation I want to be comfortable and to feel special. Couples Negril simply doesn’t disappoint - and we will be returning!

We had a great time. Service was good. Staff worked hard to do the beach party. I appreciate the work put into this for guests. We will be back don’t know when but we sure as heck will. Will brings friends next time too.

Security was great. We never had anything valuable on beach but nothing ever touched, moved or stolen. I watched the guards keep eyes on opportunistic locals (is a poor country many people just trying to get by). Security was on point we felt safe at all times on the resort.

This is a great place to be. Just couples, no kids. Staff is the best, as is the food. Rooms are comfortable, the grounds perfect. Entertainment is Jamaica's best, every night. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Perfect size resort. Walk everywhere, beach and water in bay is wonderful.

Our stay was amazing for our honeymoon. Food and service were good and the room was as well. Only minor complaint was our suite overlooked the nude beach so some mornings we had an "interesting" view. Also the "beachfront" suites aren't directly on the beach but another minor issue. Overall had a great 10 days and will be returning

Couples Negril was a wonderful experience. We stayed for our honeymoon for 10 days at the end of October through the first of November. The food was great; the only downside to the restaurants was the gap between lunch and dinner was a bit long. The water is safe. The drinks are good. The couples who stay tend to be very friendly and many guests seem to be regulars. The staff is extremely helpful and hardworking. The daily activities and included excursions are fantastic. We had a little bit of bad luck with the weather, but because our stay was long, we had a good balance of good days as well. The pool was nice, as was the beach. It was such a good idea that all beach/pool chairs have a raft that can be used to float in the water or act as a cushion on the chairs. We stayed in a suite while we were there. The suite was very nice and spacious, especially since we were staying for a good amount of time. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We highly recommend the sunset cruise.

Non-existent security.
This is NOT a private beach. Locals pass through in a continual stream soliciting. I made the mistake of falling asleep on the beach and when I awoke my WEDDING BAND WAS MISSING!
The service was inadequate. I had to ask for more coffee at each meal and had to go from the beach to the bar to get drinks.
A truly disappointing visit.

This was my first time here. They treated my wife and I like kings and queens. The food was fantastic, the service fantastic, the drinks were not watered down. On our flight home, we decided to make a visit there a yearly trip.

Not only is this place just about everything we could ask for in a one-stop vacation spot, we've talked with a bunch of Jamaica "pro" vacationers who all seem to agree that this place is among the best of the best resorts. We've been twice, and each time was ridiculously great.

Lively atmosphere, good food, and solid drinks. The beach is beautiful and the water is clear. Our suite was graciously updated with a very, very large open bathroom. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and a separate tub. This resort was a lot less crowded in June than when we previously visited during the peak season around New Year's 2014.

Went here on our honeymoon, and it was honestly the best vacation I have ever taken. The grounds are immaculate, and the staff works very hard to make your trip enjoyable. Charles is the best bartender, and Bollard made every activity entertaining. The snorkeling and dive crews were so much fun. There are too many deserving people to list. We met lots of couples who come back 10+ years and now we understand why. Cannot wait to book again.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here in August of 2016. Amazing resort! Great staff, clean rooms, and great food options. Quickly made friends with the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Already looking to return for our one year anniversary coming up. Just remember to bring one set of khakis or better (guys), as you will need them for the reservation dining experience. It's rated 4.6 stars for a reason!

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Couples Swept Away. We had a great time. Our room was clean and always stocked. Service overall was great, however a few members of staff were sometimes less than professional.

When we booked, we were told the staff did not accept tips, but very soon into our trip were told that the staff expect tips in a discrete manner.

Food was excellent. I loved the different varieties. I would have loved to try some authentic Jamaican food, but we were not present for that day.

The drinks kept coming and there was a great variety there too. However, not ever member of staff would know how to make each drink.

Overall great experience.
