Nice resort with many places to relax or eat. Nice pools (adults and kids) and two sections of beach with many lounge chairs (although you need to wake up and reserve). Service is on par with Jamaican laidback service. Sometimes it seems that were speaking different languages but most try to be helpful. Lots of restaurants available to choose from. At first the food doesn't seem to make the cut but it did improve . or we got used to it. Good modern clean rooms.

This resort truly makes you feel like royalty. From the impeccable resort itself, right down to the rooms, the food, the staff and lastly the wondrous place itself, Jamaica.

I was in absolute awe when I first walked into the swim up junior suite, which a few people in our group of 12 had. The rooms were stunning, probably one of the best resort rooms I have ever been in.

On top of that was the food, service, staff and beautiful Negril, Jamaica.

This vacation was truly unforgettable and I can't say anything negative about this resort.

Beautiful spot with great amenities. We did Hideaway, which was worth the extra money in our opinion. The swim up pool option was a must for us. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The service was good for the most part but definitely could be a little more timely/consistent, and while the food options were good, the quality/availability of some items was weak in some cases. Ideally I'd give them closer to a 4.5.

Everything about this resort would be more than 5 stars in my opinion. The cleanest resort along the 7 mile beach from what we had walked down. Every morning and throughout the day they would rake up the seaweed and dispose of it elsewhere so you didnt get the smell from the ocean. Rooms are spotless, food was amazing and most of all the staff were beyond nice.

We arrived on Monday night. So far I'm impressed with not only my room in block 4 ( a swim out room) the food in the caribbean restaurant and the polite, hard working staff! This hotel is new so I was prepared for a few hicks. Staff try to sort problems quickly. So it's not an issue for me.
A lovely lady served our drinks at the outdoor bar on both days, she put herself out to go and fetch out of stock rum from another bar for us!!
My only slight disappointment so far is the small beach and the fact all sunshaded chairs on beach and pool area have been occupied from really early on both days so far. This is not high season so I can't imagine this place then.
I will write a full honest review at the end of my stay.
    So far looking good 😎

Walking in it is breathtaking it is really beautiful. The people at the front desk are really friendly and understanding. The staff is very friendly and some male staff are too friendly till it reaches the point that they are getting in your space which surely ruined my meal. The place is filled with a lot of people but the property is so big you don't really realize it.

I think they spend more time on the detailed rooms that they forgot about the hotel itself.I was limited to I pool that is overcrowded. So instead the diamond club member get a separate pool for themselves and the hideaway section is for hideaway members.

If you like more quieter hotels this is for you but I like when there is vibes. But then different foods restaurant options are wonderful.

The property is extremely beautiful with a warm contemporary feel. The staff is friendly and there are a lot of amenities in place to keep you entertained. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway or even a family vacation. There is a water park for kids, water sports for adults (motorised and non motorised) and an infinity pool on site. There are several restaurants to choose from that offer a variety of dishes.

Royalton in Negril is a nicely designed property. You know there are a lot of people here, but at no time do you feel like you are in a 'cattle farm' like I experienced at other large all-inclusive hotel. I had the pleasure to stay in a suite and the service was great. Very attentive. There were a few minor hitches, nothing of any real consequence and they seem open to feedback.
Great atmosphere contributes to a almost certain great time once you dive into the moment.
Speaking of diving, the do have SCUBA here, though their website makes no mention. Had a couple of nice dives.

The view was spectacular. It has an open concept and that allows alot of air in. It was windy and nice. Lobby was set up nicely too.

We were in Negril From Feb 2 until Feb 9. We had a blast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and the food was excellent. The view was breathe taking. If you needed anything the staff were more then happy to help you out.
The music they had was lively and they had people up dancing.
Another reason we liked it, it was adults only resort. That made it more relaxing.
