This is the best hotel iv ever been excellent food and staff gorgeous rooms a little more expensive than usual but we'll worth it premium swim up is a must.

I went here in October with a friend, we had lovely weather. The hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff were all lovely especially Janice on reception and the ladies in the little tea shop in the reception area. I have been to a lot of carribian countries and maybe this lovely hotel swayed me but I have to say Jamaica is my no 1. I would definitely come back to Nigril again. X x x

Beautiful all inclusive resort. The staff was so very accommodating. Plenty of bars and pools and pretty much any room is steps away from the beach.

Nice accommodations, very clean. Great service. Warning to those with food allergies: they make an effort to ask if you have food allergies, however do little or nothing to act on it. Few if any full menu options if you’re avoiding gluten, peanuts, etc. Good bar assortments to choose from. Never without food or drink.
Taxis: beware the ‘service’ promised when booking a taxi. We were told we were hiring the driver for the entire afternoon, and agreed to a fee accordingly. What we got however wasn’t that at all left alone to fend for ourselves, missing goods left in the car. EDITITED MARCH 2018: We approached management, and offered a partial refund which was deemed acceptable. What can I say. Fantastic hotel and facilities. Beautiful pools with loungers tables and chairs, well kept beach with Bali Beds. Spa and gym facilities. Oh and topping the list the most wonderful, caring and friendly staff you will ever meet. The list goes on. We went to this hotel instead of the one we were booked in at Ocho Rios. Things happen for a reason. I am so glad I had the opportunity to stay here albeit not by choice. Love to all the staff at Sensatori, miss you all!

Amazing Christmas. Staff was the best. All different types off cuisine. BBQ on the beach for lunch everyday. Fishing with Stanley deep sea fishing at resort caught a 50lbs wahoo. I could go on and on how we had such a great time.

Vacationed with family and friends. Both parties had swim up suites. One was near a swim up bar, the other had a little more privacy albeit near the lobby. Restaurant service was more than good. People were friendly and more than willing to assist.

Outstanding holiday, superb staff , good size rooms, one of the best locations in Jamaica with exceptional beach and nice food from over 4 restaurants. The front desk also organise sightseeing activities including snorkelling, trip to nearby waterfalls and other locations of interest. We loved our stay and cleanliness at the resort. - five star!

All inclusive resort where the food and service are both A+. If you have been to an all inclusive before this place will not disappoint. Food may not be"authentic" Jamaican food but the lunch BBQ was close to it. The Asian inspired restaurant was amazing and service accommodated us even though we did not have a reservation. Take advantage of all the amenities because it's worth it.

Just amazing. All inclusive luxury in a wonderful country.
Every staff member, and pretty much everyone you meet, is so friendly. Tipping is welcomed but no pressure and the service is genuine, not the falseness for a tip like in the US.
Food is amazing in hotel but try and venture out when you can. Top tip: don't have the jerk sauce unless you can handle spice!response / report this review -

Not gourmet. However it is a pretty hotel with friendly staff, great location and wonderful beach front. Food was decent but not enough, offered little seafood options and definitely non of the food was gourmet.. They never had shrimp, tuna and lobster was additional costs. Heard from everyone the drinks sucked. Nothing had flavor rather all sugar.

The resort is modern and beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The beach is among the best I have ever been to. The fatal flaw is the distance from the road to the beach. You cannot escape the traffic noise. This could be a great party resort, not a peaceful retreat.

We loved that you only have to take a few steps from your room to be on the beach. Three swim up bars were a nice gathering place for friends. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the water is crystal clear. Very little seaweed which was a huge plus for us. The air conditioning worked great in the rooms but several of the restaurants are open air. So your dining could be rather warm. However, there were three restaurants that were enclosed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they placed us in the wrong section to begin with and we had to pack up and move after two nights. But they did make it right and even brought our new room keys to us on the beach. It would be helpful if there was a current map of the resort to help you get acclimated. They say these are being printed. The nightly entertainment wasn't elaborate but very talented. We will definitely recommend to our friends and most likely visit again.

The people were amazing the rooms and restaurants were very clean and well kept. I would recommend this resort to anyone. We never felt unsafe we had an amazing time and really felt like their only focus was to make sure we had a good time. The food was excellent especially the breakfast at Mahogany! We used a Groupon to book the room and didn't have a single issue. Go here!

Lovely Hotel with friendly staff, fantastic food and well made drinks. We really enjoyed the scenic beach and lovely views. While there we also decided to do a photo shoot which was a lot of fun and really capture the beauty of Negril 7 mile beach.
Go for the rum tasting, try sailing the hobie cat 16, or for snorkeling. There's always something to do or simply relax in a swim up bed or beach cabana with a few cocktails.response / report this review -

Amazing hotel. So relaxing and a place to wind down. We enjoyed the food, drinks and swimming. Worth taking a boat out to the reef for snorkeling - just amazing. Massages great and staff so friendly. Wander along the beach, chill by the pool or enjoy a swim - perfect. Rooms well appointed, however avoid those backing onto the road as it will be noisy.

I enjoyed this resort from the time that I got off of the bus until it was time for me to leave it. I must say that all of the staff there made me feel welcome and at home. Carlos, the Bell Boy was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. His smile is contagious. Althea who worked the front lobby was extremely personable and friendly. She is a people person. I enjoyed being served by both Michael in the restaurant and Anna Kay at the grill near the pool. From the security to the life guards, all were fitted for their job at this resort. I would highly recommend it.

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Quite honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. All the staff no matter what you need will sort it for you no questions asked. Clean, simple and very friendly Would come back in a heartbeat. Having seen other resorts on the 7 mile beach I would say the Sensatori is definitely the best looking and most inviting. 11 out of 10 👌
