My birthday dinner was here. The customer service was extraordinary. Everyone was courteous. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure I enjoyed my night. The servers were knowledgeable and the food wad great. I would definitely recommend here.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. But the people that work at Sandals are even more beautiful than the resort. Their customer service is next to none. I received the best service, the food was delicious, and the beach is awesome. Go visit, you will be hooked.

I don't snorkel but even I could clearly see small stingray and other species from my spot on the beach. So if you like snokeling, I believe this would be an excellent place to do it.
Everyone in staff was very friendly. And I mean everyone. Food services, gardeners, the manager and all in between. It makes for a great atmosphere.
The beach wasn't great though. It seems to be eroding. The layer of sand is very thin. But the water and views are beautiful.response / report this review -

Sandals Negril was the best resort I've stayed at, the best couples vacation I've been on, and will definitely be going back! Excellent food and hospitality. The room and view was unmatched.

First time at a Sandals, but it left a great impression, Butler service was great, and the watersports staff was excellent, we got caught out in some weather, and my wife needed help, within seconds one of the guides was on her, and able to get her to the boat safely. So a big thanks goes out to Mudslide and Eight Ball!

Food was excellent for an all inclusive! Room service was not on pointservice was spotty, some were so friendly and some didn't even come back to offer desert. Overall, would definitely try Sandals again.

Vanessa one of the front desk agent was exceptionally well while checking in, and even call our room daily to see if there was anything she could do to make our stay much more comfortable.

Beautiful resort. Amazingly nice and fun staff. They will bend over backward to make sure you are satisfied. There are several things going on in the evening and at night to keep you entertained and excursions to nearby attractions (i highly recommend best of the west with ziplining, tubing, and atv) for an additional cost.
10 out of 10.
Big piece of advice: If u are gonna do the excursions, bring water shoes and bug repelant.response / report this review -

Sandals Resort in Jamaica was simply amazing! The resort has recently been renovated with new sections added on. These new parts offer special services like a private pool that swims up to your room, a butler at your service for full stay, a constantly stocked wet bar in your room, tranquility tubs for two on the patio, and your are just steps away from the beach.
Talking about beaches Sandals has the prettiest long white sands beach as that is a thing Negril is Known for. The food is fantastic and there is a Japanese Sui Chef that can sing lime you would not believe he should be on AGT! There are many free water sports and everything you could need. The thing we like the most was the staff. They were AMAZING! They are friendly, kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They live what they do and they do it well. The hostess that works in the mornings is a favorite among guests she makes fast friends. I would recommend Sandals in Negril to anyone and when I go back I will stay here again.response / report this review -

Absolutely beautiful beach and great staff. Pretty quiet and safe. Lots of opportunities to do other activities if you're wanting to get off the beach and the food was delicious all around.

We paid for a day pass and it was absolutely wonderful. We stayed at Point Village so it was nice to get away for a day. All you can eat food and drink, pools, and great ocean views. We took a hobie cat sailboat out and it was very fun. Definitely worth the $80.
