There are not enough adequate words to describe the experience we had at this resort. The warmth and hospitality of the entire staff was so much a part of who these people are, and they took care of every detail, big and small, to ensure we were comfortable at all times. The Jamaican people are beautiful people, They are fun, accommodating, sincere, and genuine in their desire to meet the guests needs. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for style and class and relaxation.

I and my wife stayed here during the honeymoon. We were greeted as soon as we reached there. The staff showed us our room. The accommodation was really spacious with king sized beds and private balconies with tropical flowers. The most beautiful was the Coffee and The Ginger Beer that we took after dinner. The beach was very near to the resort. I miss the swim up bar at the pool.

My wife, Angelia enjoyed the overall atmosphere especially during the night. The beach is just few minutes away from the resort. We enjoyed snorkelling, cave swimming. This resort is very close to everything like bars, pubs and buffets. The staffs does everything to make your vacation 100% memorable and adventurous.

This is the best place ever, it's like you are in the jungle. The service is good. The rooms are wonderful. The food is delicious. They also have a gym. It's just so wonderful. I enjoyed my 4 nights there.

Had a great stay here. Everything was good and a few things were great. The beach is super nice and only a 10 minute walk from the back of the resort to the beach. You do cross the main island highway, but they have a crossing guard so it's no issue. The bartenders are just average, they do a good job at menu drinks, but if you ask for a Manhattan, dirty martini, or other everyday American bar drink, they need help and are not consistent. We will stay here again someday, as the price to venue is a great value.

They provide all inclusive package at very cheap price. We could able to take part in various exciting activities like kayaking, river rafting arranged by them. Lovely spa and body massage given by professionals. Nightlife was awesome.

This place was an absolute dream! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in December and had the best experience. The place is so unique and beautiful. The bungalows are so nice and the balcony is great! The staff was so attentive and extremely polite. It had the best beach along the stretch. They keep it very maintained as opposed to the others that had seaweed in swim area and smelt like fish. Food is great! Different theme for every night at the buffets and the beach grill is super yummy. There is a Catamaran that you can book through resort whenever and it takes you snorkeling, cave swimming, cliff diving at Ric's and Margaritaville. Highly recommend! Book a massage! You won't regret it. Best trip ever!

I went to Negril along with my friend, Alex to celebrate his wedding and stayed here for few days. They offer one of the best all inclusive wedding packages for the couples. The staffs are very much dedicated to their work and everyone is quite co operative. The rooms are quite spacious and the entire ambiance is very pleasant.Nice place to spend a memorable vacation.

We stayed here for a 4 day mini vacation. Boy were we surprised.What a very nice quaint resort.Ever person was very nice. The service was Excellent . There was not one thing to complain about. The food was excellent. The drinks were great .Some of the entertainment was good.The beach was very nice, we are able to get a hut every day. We were able to recharge. Will definitely be back.

What a diamond of a resort!!! My husband and I booked this trip together for a quiet get away and it didn't disappoint! All adults was amazing! Every one has a tree house room with a porch, it is clean, quiet, beautiful & we never saw anyone. It was so private--it was beyond our expectations! All staff was wonderful, friendly and our absolute favorite Nepaul!! He even brought us patties from town to try! It was a dream--hot tubs, reggae music at night, swim up bar, a breakfast/dinner buffet to die for, awesome coffee, martini barand so on. It was a smaller resort and across the street from the beach--(which I didn't know if I would like) but it was not a big deal. Flag service in the sand/kayaking/snorkelling/beach grill included. We went in Oct and it was literally half the price.
We cannot wait to go back! I'm not sure I could stay at a huge commercial resort again. This was an absolute dream come true👍

Sunset at the Palms is amazing. Not like your typical resort that feels like a oversized hotel. You get a small apartment style loft that is surrounded by gorgeous local vegetation. The food and service is absolutely superb. Highly recommend for a low key, relaxing beach vacation

Relaxing place! This is a good place if your looking to get away and be out in nature. Most of the hotel was outdoors. Fresh water pool was awesome, great drinks, friendly staff, cozy rooms, and amazing food! We would return again!

So my girlfriend and I were there for a week. I must say the hospitality was amazing from start to finish. The food was great. The ambiance was amazing as well. I would highly recommend staying there. I love the fact that it was quiet and more intimate. Everyone was very friendly. The best is we had a situation with our door and they were right on it to resolve the problem. Cornelius was great went it came to serving and conversing. The Chef in the Lotus leaf came out to greet you after your meal. The guy who plays the piano was also amazing. The chief of operations was great. When it came to the beach they were very attentive towards you. Theo made sure our chairs were in the same place every morning and kept the beach very clean. And I can't remember the girls name that helped with the tours on the beach. But they give you a red flag and soon as you wave if she was right there with your beverage and if you had any questions. And lastly there is a cab driver that sits outside the resort in a grey van name Brent. When I tell you he is like your personal body guard and makes sure you get whatever you want and need. All you have to do is just ask. He is very reliable and safe and KNOWLEDGEABLE and Jamaica But overall it was a great place to stay.

Who needs a 5 star resort? The food was better than a big resort. The buffet was varied and delicious. The chef showcase was great. The rooms were cute, but my only complaint very dim ladies you can't get make up on in that low light.

The people were so friendly and accommodating. The couples massage was dreamy. The beach bar fed is a steady diet of jerk chicken, nachos and dirty bananas. On a side note, find Henry at the beach and go to the island for fresh lobster. you won't regret it!!!

Finding an adult only resort is not hard in Negril. We stayed at "Sunset at the Palms". It really provided us the great customer experience in Jamaica. Pleasant atmosphere, nice ambiance. spa treatment and the delicious foods all made me very satisfied.

This was a wonderful resort experience for my wife and I. The quiet atmosphere of this resort is amazing! The positives were: 1. Beach owned by the resort had free drinks and food so didn't have to return to the hotel over lunch. 2. Rooms were very beautiful and cleaning did an excellent job 3. Music in the evenings at the pool and bar was enjoyable surprise. 4. Amazing staff did excellent job with the buffet meals and the reservation meal events. 5. Security at the resort did a great job at being present and friendly. Only negative we experienced was the amount of mosquitos because of it being so tropical on the resort. They go out of their way to keep the mosquito population low but still are present and can't go there without remembering to bring mosquito spray which we used before going out every time. Otherwise this made for an amazing resort experience and one we will always look back on as a highlight!

Had our honeymoon here and loved it! The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating and genuine; we made many friends! We enjoyed the ladies in the spa, Headly the head gardener and Vanessa one of the head waitresses as well as Carla up front! The bartenders were great as well! Make reservations for the chef showcase and restaurant at the beginning of your trip! The rooms where nice and very comfortable. We didn't even mind the fact that the hotel was not directly on the beach, you can walk across the street. Some very small complains, the WIFI was less than useless, which seems to be an on going issue and our room phone didn't work. Very small complaints, we certainly will be back!

We vacationed here May 10 thru 14 2017. The place is very clean and the staff is wonderful. The food was amazing everyday at the buffet. I want to let everyone know how great the piano bar entertainment (Paul) was. He is a true blessing to this resort . We meet so many wonderful people from all over the globe.

Was a very pleasant stay except for getting very intimidated by staff yelling at me in an angry voice "What are you doing?" I answered just taking a plate to my room, can I take it to my room?" Hesitated then he said sure, with a frown. Other than that a nice great place to relax and enjoy the grill on the beach. Will recommend.

Fabulous experience. The beach and the resort is well staffed with friendly and caring people. Food and drinks were excellent. All our needs & comforts were taken care of. The service was fantastic. Overall a perfect spot for enjoying Negril. What jumps out at me, the friendliness of the staff. Yes, the environment, the accommodations, the food, the beach was anticipated and did not disappoint but the staff, they became part of our group / family and I feel like they embraced us a their family.
