The location isn't great, the hotel is located in an awful neighborhood. It's filled with trash and homeless people.
To get to the city centre of Rome, you have to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest metrostation.
There is enough parking space and the hotel is secured with a gate and walls. The rooms are fine, nothing fancy but you get what you pay for. The bathrooms are outdated and if you decide to sleep with three people in one room, one person will get a folding bed which doesn't sleep nearly as good as the other beds.
The breakfast is also fine, it starts at 6:30 and ends at 9:45. If you then decide to eat later like we did, around 9:15 most of the food will be gone, and the staff won't refill. To eat a full English breakfast you need to be at breakfast at 7:00. That's not how you run a hotel.
If you wake up early, you will have a better time at this hotel.

Personale per niente gentile escluso quello del ristorante, ma pur sempre poco qualificato. La cucina pessima raramente mostrava momenti di barlume, un esempio la pasta o era troppo cruda o troppo scotta e così tutto il resto. Mi chiedo come faccia ad avere 3 stelle. Il luogo è immerso nel verde ,ma il resto non glielo passo. Mi spiace.
