Is that ok, that on the weekend there is a reparation at 7am and it is really noisy???

Great location, pleasant staff and all is well until you get into bed..early Oct I spent two nights there (out of 4 planned) and had to move out because of bed bugs. Yes, this hotel is infested. Woke up in the middle of the first night with bites and crawlies all over the bed. They moved me to a new room and same thing happened the next night. I checked out.

Touristy hotel in the outskirts of Rome, well served by public transportation. You can join old town in less about 30 minutes.
The venues are old and tired but fully functional.
Cleanliness is acceptable.
Nice continental buffet at breakfast.

Tired old hotel that's overdue a refit. Small noisy rooms with poor sound isolation. I hear the traffic outside, the noise from the meeting rooms below and the chatter of the staff in the corridor every morning. The bathrooms are out of date and decaying, and there's distempered paint peeling from the walls next to my bed (pictured). The cafeteria catering is poor and the whole place seems designed for tour groups who have no choice and will never come back.

UPDATE: I left early because my room was flooded when I woke up, but that was after getting back to the hotel to find the cleaners had left the room unlocked and open for the second time. My experience was clearly not unusual ( a colleague staying at the same time was covered in bed bugs bites when he woke up) as the staff are weary and unsympathetic when told about each issue.

Location is 200mt from Laurentina metro station, so it is quite convenient if you plan to take public transportation. Rooms are a little small but since the building is quite old it can be fine. Service is very supportive and kind.

Camera nella media, arredamento un po' datato ma efficace. Colazione ricca e di qualità buona. Accettazione e reception da rivedere, hanno tentato per due giorni (richiamandomi all'uscita) perché, secondo loro, non avevo pagato il servizio colazione (già pagato alla prenotazione)

Towels were very smelly and that was not ok with me.
There is no breakfast in the price so you have to pay an extra 5 € for it.
I have to say that the breakfast was terrible as it was not fresh at all.
The beds are uncomfortable too and the rooms really need a renovation.
I don't recommend it!!!

More of a three star than four star. Rooms decent, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent value. Location was well connected to the Metro. friendly staff. Good value.
