My wife was here for a conference so I tagged along - and I’m very glad that I did!

This hotel is very fancy and well maintained with Museum quality decorations throughout! The rooms are impeccable and five star!

The breakfast was really well done and worth returning for, but the spa was my favorite!

So, you’re probably asking, why not 5 stars? The location. This hotel is a LONG way from Rome, which is a very walkable city. I walked to the Vatican and it took about an hour. If you’re going here, stay and enjoy the property, just don’t expect to find Rome (or restaurants, etc) at your doorstep.

Great hotel! Me and family loved our stay there. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Bedroom was large with a nice balcony facing the pool and the city. Greta option for families. It is 10 to 15 min taxi drive from most touristic places.

If you look up the 10 best hotels in the world, this will usually be a location you find, and for good reason. This hotel has all the quality of a Waldorf Astoria and all the personality of Rome bundled into a phenomenal place. The location is on top of the hill overlooking the entire city so the views cannot be beat either. I really loved this hotel and it was one of my favorite hotels I have ever been to. The AC was amazing, which is hard to find in Rome, so that was perfect. The temperatures were in the 100s when we visited so this was incredible as you can imagine. All I can say is that the next time we are in Rome, this will definitely be our top choice and also the place we recommend to all our friends and family. What an incredible hotel, truly!

Amazing hotel for a diamond member. Got an upgraded room facing the city which had a great balcony and maybe the best view I have ever had in a hotel room. Bed was amazing and the spa area, which was free and featured a Turkish bath, was wonderful. Free breakfast was delicious and top notch in all ways. Shuttle to city worked well, you certainly can't walk back to the hotel due to the hill it's on but maybe you could walk down if you felt adventurous.

Beautiful and luxurious! This hotel is top notch. The service is very friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful with really comfortable, classy rooms. The breakfast buffet is delicious with lots of variety. The spa was my favorite part! I got the Mediterranean Journey - a facial and massage combo that was so relaxing. The spa has a whirlpool spa and steam room. Perfect way to unwind after a long flight!

This is one hotel you don’t forget when you’ve stayed in Rome. Although the location is OUTSIDE the city , it makes it a great retreat especially during the afternoon in summer when shops and attractions close down . The pools and amenities are top notch. We had reservations at a hotel without a pool and quickly made the move here without regret . The price for the stay was good considering they take Hilton honors. Food in both restaurants was wonderful . If you are looking for a self contained resort but want to take jaunts or very little sight seeing this is perfect .

Beautiful hotel! My preferred hotel in Rome, perhaps anywhere. Very comfortable. Pleasant and beautiful atmosphere. Some rooms have incredible views of the city, including St. Peter's Basilica.
Fitness center and spa are top notch.
Live music (piano bar and singer) in the evening.

I stayed here with my son in October. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Lovely room, attentive staff in all areas of hotel. Great free shuttle bus into city centre. Nice to be away from hustle and bustle of city but easy to get to city for the cultural and food aspects which made our stay all the better. Will be back.

We had a GREAT stay! We used our Hilton Points. Rooms were very nice and well kept. Staff was very attentive. We ate at the poolside restaurant. Very delicious; a bit pricey ~ but we were at the Walforf!!! Pool was great. Shuttle could have been more convenient. Another stop (more central) would have been great and schedule ended at 9 pm ~ too early for a city that eats dinner late. Overall Terrific!

Nice hotel with nice rooms. The staff was only okay, though. We had problems in our non-smoking room with smoke coming through from other rooms. The staff didn't seem overly concerned but it was a detractor for us. The pool area is great but the hotel is definitely a ways away from the city action. This is more of a getaway from all hotel than a visit Rome type place.

The place is nicely made. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, we stayed for 2 nights and did not like the service on the first day. The staff was rude and served us as they were doing a favor but on the second day the new staff was the best service we had in whole of Italy. The Over rooms were nice. Although paying for the use of Swimming Pool was a little put off.

Amazing hotel run by an amazing staff, they were so attentive and willing to help in every way. By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms well furnished and comfortable. No expense spared.

Absolutely phenomenal stay, every attention to detail is there, the rooms are immaculate and I recommend ordering a couple pillows to find the right one. Spa is 5 star and food as well. A bit out of the way but the shuttle runs very consistently and taxis are always available.

The hotel is certainly a luxury hotel of top comfort and quality. Both the room and the reception area where very comfortable and had all things that were needed, so despite having forgotten our toiletries bag, we didn't need anything, they even gave us toothpaste and toothbrush on request. Everyone was polite and welcoming, however I must say that a couple of small things surprised me, for example we asked for a baby cot, and at reception they knew we had asked for it, however arriving at the room we didn't find it. We had to ask for it again, and we got it only much later when we got back in the evening. Also we couldn't open the water bottles because there was no bottle opener! These are small things sure, but for this class of hotel it's the small things, the attention to detail that really matters, in the end I felt I wasn't taken care of and was dissapointed because of this. In the restaurant we ate really well, and it's a must if you're staying at the hotel. Even if we didn't eat at the pergola, the food was both creative and incredibly tasty. The terrace, garden and pool of the hotel was very pleasant to stay in. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and a hope it can pay more attention to detail in the future. At this level even small things matter!
