This place is not worth more than about £5 a night. Your better of in a hostel I've stayed in nicer ones of them.
They said I get free toiletries with my stay for two people but we had to pay for everything, towels, Toliet rolls, soap, shampoo, hand towels. I would recommend this place to anyone who is reading this, the shower was broken and they did nothing about it. There was mold on the bus and in our room, I payed for one with a kitchen and they pretended they didn't understand.
The pool is full of flies and bugs.Restaurant constantly is shut or 'has problems' and there is no where around here to eat otherwise.
It says mini bar but they mean a manky fridge. The shower leaks and the pipesare held up with rocks under the beach huts they say are bungalows.
Prices constantly change and they wouldn't refund me for there drinks machine not working.
If you unlucky and don't pay for alot extra for a private bathroom the Toliet is a hose pointing in a basen you have to turn on and off.

Free transfer to the nearby train station, Roma is just 20 minutes, the ticket costs only 1.5€. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice, clean, quiet environment. You can take your dog without a surcharge.

Friendly staff, lovely pool, shady tent pitches. Restaurant offers pricey 4 course meals and reasonable pizza/pasta menu. Shop is basic but bigger local supermarket nearby. Slightly above average price per night but free shuttle to train/metro into Rome. Lots of hot water, but no loo roll, plugs or lights in ladies washroom!

It's is too far from Roma, however it is really calmed and during the night there is breeze that helps handle the hot weather. There is not sir conditioner. The place overall is good. However they need to improve a lot of thing such as the need, the ventilation in the room and stop charging weird taxes.

I hated this place because they charged for everything.employees are liar. They couldnt open the main gate because we had flight to catch around 7 am. They were saying we cant open the gate until 7. But they finally did open the gate. They charged for towerl and room cleaning service 20 euro for cleaning and 3 euro for towel. They will charge cash payment 2 euro for every night you stay there its 2 euro per night per person.

No free breakfast. Resturant and market closed. Living area not like picturea at all, they resembled trailers.

I spent there some nice days, It was really good, but little bit far from Rome (the transfer bus driver is sooooo nice person :) )
