Great value. Nice modern room. In a nice safe neighbourhood. Friendly staff who helped book our excursion to Pompei and Vesuvius very easily. Breakfast was satisfactory. Nice little bar.

We requested pick up from the airport but the driver never came so we wasted half an hr waiting and then called the hotel who didn't know what happened. Upon checkout the guyat the front desk insisted that the pick up was confirmed until he called his colleague to verify that we were telling the truth. No explanation was given for the drivers absence. I would not recommend this hotel. Poor service

Rex Hotel is great and especially a good bargain. It's located in probably the best area of town, at least the best we saw. It's right around the corner from a 6 star hotel and close to the water. You get a complimentary breakfast every morning which is very generous. The rooms are cozy and fairly quiet. I didn't like Naples at all unfortunately, but I really enjoyed Rex Hotel and that helped a lot!

Very clean, very central hotel. Reasonable breakfast, helpful staff. Our room no 27 on ground floor was noisy and dark but as we were out most of the tume it didn't matter. It was a good size but Rooms higher up would be better I imagine. Would definitely stay here again as good value.

Great location near the tourist strip and the ocean.
The area felt safe and there was always a lot of people around.
Clean hotel with friendly staff. Spacious room (nr 67) due to the high sealing.
The AC did not like to be on 27 degrees and made a small klicking/dripping sound but as soon we turned it down to 25 it stopped :)
Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.
The hotel has everything you need and we will definitely come back.response / report this review
