Do not stay here. My husband and I stayed here and they charged us twice and refused to return one of the charges back to the card. Even two weeks after our stay and the funds were not returned. We were told one of the charges was a preauthorization upon making the reservation and it takes 15-20 working days to be released. Why is their still a preauthorization when they already collected the full amount at check out. They are still holding on to the money from the time of the booking and we paid with another card at checked out. I have emailed 4 times already about this and they are refusing the return one of the charges. They are a fraud and very dishonest. I will dispute this with my credit card because they are refusing to return one of the charges. You do not want to stay here unless you are fine with them double charging you and telling you to wait 20 working days even after you paid at check out, to return one of the charges. They are a fraud.

Terrific hotel. 2 minutes away from Marina Piccola. And they run free shuttles to the Capri City Center and back every ten minutes. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Amazing location. The staff was helpful with everything. There was a beautiful view and a short walk to the beach. Capri was an amazing time, we would love to go back and would definitely stay at Weber Ambassador again.

Location is really good, you have a free shuttle to the center until late (really nice). They also offer a shuttle from/to marina grande (place you arrive from the ferry) for 5eur per person, which is pretty good. The reception is a lottery, you can find nice people or some that does not care about you but the drivers are very kind. By the way, the check in is 2pm. We arrived 1:30pm and the room wasn't readyit's the rule I got it but really??? The view is really amazing, this the best thing of this hotel. The room is small, bathroom is nice but water leaks a bit from the shower and fridge doesn't work good (asked to change, they said it is like this).

We stayed here May 2017. The basic hotel rooms are very run down. Do not, I repeat DO NOT eat dinner at the restaurant located inside the hotel. Breakfast was good, dinner was one of the worst meals I've ever had. Not to mention, awful service. The second picture contains what is supposed to be a pesto sauce. Watery, flavorless, cheap ingredients.

Beautiful views of Capri. Good restaurant at good prices. Rooms are spacious, ours has a balcony with a fantastic view. The Personnel is very professional and polite. Just a walk from Marina piccola. What more can u ask?

Mediocre hotel. Good service and regular shuttle was a God send. Nice location also. Definately pay for a upgraded room if you can afford.

The best thing about the Weber Ambassador is the location and views. This year was the third time I've stayed at the Weber and it may be my last - the primary reasons are the decaying room amenities, poor wifi connectivity, uncomfortable beds, terrible food, and overall cleanliness. I can appreciate a hotel's interest in preserving it's original style, but the Weber Ambassador's is far from a quality resort hotel and guests should not expect that. If you're simply looking for a place to sleep and watch the sunrise the Weber is worth some consideration, that is, if you can afford the overpriced room rates. I will be exploring Air B&B and/or another hotel on my next visit.

There is no better place to stay in Capri town than Hotel Weber. From the wonderful staff, great food, magnificent views, (and yes, the price) and the fact that the hotel runs a shuttle every 10/15 minutes, you can't beat it. This hotel is family owned and it shows. The owner launched an omelet station for breakfast by making them himself on morning, and getting to personally great the patrons. Lots of English spoken for those of us who unfortunately don't speak Italian, and I better book for next year or I'll miss out.
