We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and were NOT disappointed. Luigi, Sandra, Daniela and Federico run a top-notch family boutique hotel centered on the Amalfi coast. They even have a small parking garage for your vehicle. Luigi put us in contact with Umberto Di Martino (Umberto Limos Positano on Facebook), and we used him for two days to tour both directions on the coast. The Pellegrino is totally renovated and comfortable with large rooms and fantastic views of Praiano. It is right on a bus stop, and you can take it to Positano in 10 minutes. But it is the SERVICE that makes this place special. Luigi is the consummate host and takes great pride and effort to make your stay the best it can be. The food in the restaurant is exceptional, and both the breakfast and evening meals are fabulous. HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are doing the Amalfi coast!!!

Small, very friendly Hotel run by a lovely family who are perfect hosts. Stunning views, close enough to walk into Praiano, and the bus stops right outside. Food is excellent, junior suites ideal.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Pellegrino! Beautiful family run hotel with breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast. Rooms are modern, updated and larger than even some garages we saw driving in. By the way, driving there is not for the faint of heart!
Our hosts Luigi, Angela, Frederico, and Daniella, (All family) were warm and inviting. They make you feel like you're being welcomed into their homea stunning, 4 star hotel home, but a home nonetheless. Both the dinner and breakfast were the best we had in our entire trip to Italy. (See pics attached) My only regret is that we only stayed one night and will return again for a lengthier stay!response / report this review -

We loved this place. A family run business and they were all so welcoming and extremely helpful. Our room was a excellent size with a lovely balcony area with amazing views. The only bad thing was the shower which took awhile to drain. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner. Highly recommend this as the place to stay while in Praiano.

Luigi and his family are the absolute best. A 5 minute or so walk into town and we'll worth it for the hospitality that Hotel Pellegrino provides. Will definitely stay again next time.

Luigi is the most amazing host. Best experience you will have. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so flexible on timing of breakfast and so kind to offer us welcome beverage and deliciously cooked food upon checking in! We arrived at a well appointed room which is spotless and smells good with fresh flowers on the table. We have our own balcony and wifi works perfectly. Definitely try the restaurant for dinner - wonderful home made cuisine with the freshest ingredients with plenty of vegetarian options. The hotel offers an intimate setting so if you want a more private and quiet experience, don't pass on the opportunity of choosing this hotel. You will have an amazing experience!
