The staff treated me amazing! I accidentally booked the room for the wrong month and they didn't have any rooms left so they put me up in their Business Suite for the same price as a normal room. Very impressed!

Love this place! The terrace views are absolutely amazing! For American travelers- it's much like a hotel at home. Differences are the elevator operates differently and the light switches operate differently. All the amnesties you can ask for and more are here. Most of the staff speaks English which makes moving around the hotel very easy. You will pay more to stay here but it is well worth and it's very close to the main shopping streets and famous sites.

Wow! If you are traveling through Italy with all the traffic, crappy tourist hotels and crowds this is a great place to land! Very nice! Will be back. Easy access to Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculean, Amalfi coast and Isle of Capri. Great food, large hot pools with views, and sauna all on the top floor.

Napoli - this is THE place to stay. Very clean and amazingly comfortable bed. Nice shower and bathroom. The rooftop solarium has an incredible view of the city! The free breakfast is diverse and delicious and finally they have free GOOD WiFi in all the common areas!

Hotel was very accommodating. We got off the cruise and arrived at 9 am, so we could drop off the bags and make a ferry to Capri. They actually we're able to give us a room that early, which was great. Room and bathroom were larger then expected and overall Hotel had great service.

Centrally located hotel with nice ambiance. Good rooms, really pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast in scenic room overlooking the harbour.

The rooms are hot. They don't turn the air conditioner on to the rooms until May.
They told me to open my window. It's loud on the street below with horns honking and motorcycles driving by.
There's also loud construction going on.
The lobby look beautiful but the room look old. I was told I was in an upgraded room.
What good is a hotel that you can sleep in?
Needless to say I don't recommended this hotel and I won't be returning to it.response / report this review
