Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station and in a great location. The rooms were large and spacious. Our room was right next to the street and the sound prevention could have been improved but this obviously won't reflect the experience of those in the majority of other rooms. Bed and pillows were perfect.

This is lovely hotel. The breakfast bar is delicious and filling.

The room is comfy and provides a good nights rest.

I slept like a brick until the thunder woke.

Great little hotel, excellent staff and location. My only complaint is that the aircon was too noisy to leave on at night and the room only had 1 usable socket nowhere near the bed side table.

Good location , close to the train station and main attractions, such as the Duomo. Room is fine, it's a 1480 palace restored to a hotel so be prepared for an old-looking corridors. Bathroom was clean, basic necessities provided, room fridge.

Great staff and service. Gave us complimentary champagne for our honeymoon. Location is perfect and only 5-10 minutes from central Florence.

A nice hotel in a good location. The rooms were comfortable, but the WIFI not so good. The offering for breakfast was not very good either.
